“Got my transmission worked on back in May of 2023 there was still shaking they replaced the other cv axle without charge, they gave me a good warranty and I live in Texas. Few months pass it started shifting hard and not going in reverse time to time. Without hesitation they looked at it and told me it would take some time which I didn't mind. They relieved me of stress of cost of having spending 4300 again for a new transmission with a baby on the way. Evelynn calls me today and reassures me its under warranty and needs to take it apart to figure out what is going on, if it saves me from having to purchase a new vehicle and money I can't afford right now (we have all been in a tight situation)I'm beyond grateful. Everyone who works there from the mechanics to store advisors Shawn and Evelynn to Ray the owner are extremely kind good hearted people. It will take some time which is okay I am in no rush just thankful for good people ❤️ and good work.”

David didn't try to upsell me anything didn't try to sell me any extra parts he fixed what the problem was . While I was waiting for my car to be looked at and repaired, Brown’s has a policy of being able to drive me back to my place of living and pick me up when things are complete.
The mechanic went over the car with a fine tooth comb. Found a few things that needed repair. Was taken care of quickly. They are very transparent about everything they are doing and why. Was able to pick up my car next morning.
I trusted them about the pricing. But they were telling me. Hundred percent honest.

“Rick did a new timing belt on my daughter’s 92 Subaru last year after our usual mechanic refused to work on it “ because it was old.” He did an excellent job and this little suby is still running great at over 300,000 miles. And so many times over the years I called about an issue with one of my Subarus and he would do a possible diagnosis over the phone and he would be spot on Everytime! “We were passing through ABQ on a road trip and had some engine trouble. We pulled into Lee's, pessimistic that any mechanic would be able to diagnose and repair our car with such a short notice and get us back on the road to get to our final destination, but Guy at Lee's didn't skip a beat when I explained our circumstance. They immediately diagnosed the car condition, found the problem, recommended the fix, and fixed the car, getting us back on the road in a little less than 3 hours. They were professional, positive, and very helpful. I wish Lee's was in my hometown because they would get all my business for car repair.”

“This family owned business is by far the BEST I’ve come across during my travels. They are honest, well priced, and EXTREMELY friendly! They made the entire experience comfortable and hassle free. It took SOOO much stress off of my family and I. I can’t thank them enough!My family (wife and 2 toddlers) and I are driving from Arizona to North Carolina (~2000 miles). Before making it to Albuquerque, we had a check engine and maintenance light came on on top of a loud clicking sound. We called almost every shop in town and this was the ONLY place that was willing to take us today. The closest we got previously was 6 days out. We had a tight time crunch and they made it happen. If we are ever in Albuquerque again we will definitely be back!”

“I bought a new f150 in 2005 after getting back from Iraq, I got out of the army the same year, I had my truck for 10 yrs and my transmission gave out 140k. I wasn't mad at all because I really use my trucks as trucks. I took to united transmission and they rebuilt my transmission and reinstalled within 3 weeks. I sold the truck to my brother and it is now 2024 and she's still running strong with the same rebuilt transmission. Good job united!! I want to say the truck is pushing 300k +”
