“Speed Wrench is a fantastic garage, the best in town by far. First, they're honest, which is hard to find in a mechanic. I'm really particular and every little noise on my truck I try to fix ... on a couple of minor items, they advised me to either wait or to implement another solution because the issue wasn't a problem. Very honest! They're also very responsive and timely. The two times I brought my truck there, they finished on time and communicated clearly along the way. It wasn't one of these drop your vehicle off and it goes into a black hole - type shops. Most of all, they do fantastic work. They have great attention to detail and superb mechanical acumen. They fixed all the issues on my truck quickly and it runs amazingly now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“We came into town at 3pm, friday before Easter weekend. Our car that was making horrible noises from the brakes . We knew we were only in town for the weekend and then it was back to CA. I called Big O and he told me they were booked up and closed for the weekend but go ahead and bring the car in so he could look at it. We brought it in and by 5pm they had replaced all the brake pads and only charged us the price of parts and minimal labor. I couldn't be happier with this business. In fact, I'm sending my husband back 690 miles away to get the oil changed there next week.”

Also had a tire issue with my other vehicle and the parts guy found one and had it delivered within 2 days. Tire was replaced the same day it arrived. “I went out to get my car late this morning and found that my car had a flat tire. A friend helped me air up the tire, and I drove to Werner around 12:30...no appointment. I had called and asked if I could just come in. They had said, yes, I'd have to get in line and wait, but they weren't terribly busy. I walked in, gave them my name and keys, had a seat, and was out of there by 1:30. Staff was friendly and professional, cost was reasonable, and overall service was quicker than I imagined possible. Timing helped, but so did the welcoming attitude of the Werner staff.”
