“We came into town at 3pm, friday before Easter weekend. Our car that was making horrible noises from the brakes . We knew we were only in town for the weekend and then it was back to CA. I called Big O and he told me they were booked up and closed for the weekend but go ahead and bring the car in so he could look at it. We brought it in and by 5pm they had replaced all the brake pads and only charged us the price of parts and minimal labor. I couldn't be happier with this business. In fact, I'm sending my husband back 690 miles away to get the oil changed there next week.”

“I went out to get my car late this morning and found that my car had a flat tire. A friend helped me air up the tire, and I drove to Werner around 12:30...no appointment. I had called and asked if I could just come in. They had said, yes, I'd have to get in line and wait, but they weren't terribly busy. I walked in, gave them my name and keys, had a seat, and was out of there by 1:30. Staff was friendly and professional, cost was reasonable, and overall service was quicker than I imagined possible. Timing helped, but so did the welcoming attitude of the Werner staff.”
