“Sheared the lugs on my trailer drum a few hundred miles after leaving on a cross country move. None of the parts stores nearby had anything for a 6 lug. I called these folks and they had everything I needed whether it was just to replace the lugs or replace the whole drum. I drove 50 miles out to their shop while in panic mode. I arrived to the most pleasant folks ever. Stopped what they were doing to replace the broken lugs and missing nuts. They provided me with a spare set of lugs and nuts and for good measure I asked them to build me a spare drum, complete with bearings and seals. Didn't take long at all and I was back to the trailer and on the road again. With any luck, I'll never need their services in that situation again, but if I find myself at that point, I'd go right back to their shop!”
