For whatever reason they can't even keep one piece of paper on file, and due to that I was prevented from putting any money into my account and they refused to cash my checks, do not recommend unless you enjoy feeling like you got robbed every time you have to deal with them

Horrible customer service and terrible banking. It was a terrible bank as ACU, but only has gotten worse since the switch to Sandia.

Idk if understaffed or something new with change to Sandia federal. But waits are horrible and staff not helpful.
