“So my card was having some difficulty with the pin. I went in got it changed, shopped around and got what I needed. Came to check out and my new pin still wasn't working. So I ran to the bank to ask if their was a number I can call to change the pin because they just closed. Gina the manager had took me in and helped me change the pin again and she even went with me to see if it works properly. Awesome lady for helping me after hours! Thank you so much because I've had a problem with it all week long!!”

If nothing were done wrong, someone would have contacted me. They’re probably waiting for the footage to be erased… CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?! The long distance number always hangs up. This is a horrible experience to be stolen from FROM YOUR OWN BANK THEN GET TREATED LIKE LESS THAN NOTHING, THEN THE ATTITUDE PROBLEM OF THE STEALING TELLER AND NOW MANAGEMENT IGNORED THIS AND HAS TOTALLY IGNORED ME…”

“Every time I come into this bank I have a wonderful experience! The tellers are all very friendly and quick. I love that no matter where I am traveling, I can call this branch and they will order currency for me, which arrives usually within 2 days or so. They usually have Euros on hand, but usually must order currency for most other places. Just call ahead of time and they will let you know! Today I had Kody as my teller and he was great. I also had Victor help me with some documents I needed and he was wonderful as well! Overall I am very pleased with the service I have received at this branch and look forward to more visits.”

“The bank has always done everything they can to help me, I lose my card and phone at least every month, any one with out online banking it's kind of a pain to take care of, everyone at the branch always goes above and beyond to help me even when the reps on the phone are less than understanding.My advise is to keep your email and phone numbers update no matter how many times a month you replace themI have also added my wife's phone number to my account because it never changes!”

“The workers here were super nice to me and very helpful when I needed to stop my bank account from getting hacked. If you are worried about time, then make an appointment right here on the app then go in at your time and they will help you! They are understaffed and as any people I’d be mad too if you’re interrupting my time with a customer that made an appointment.”
“Today @ 2ish pm, I went into the 20th street location. I signed in for account help. Ms. Corette Webb helped me register for online banking, and obtain a debit card. She was polite, friendly and easy to work with. Although it took some time to get it all sorted out (no fault to her), she didn't give up. It got done and I had a good experience. Thank you!”
