“I feel fortunate to have taken my truck to Mike's Transmission. Mike had it ready the same day I took it in. Fortunately, it was not a major issue, so the repair cost was very minimal. I really appreciate that Mike took the time to explain the problem. He showed me the defective parts, and he offered recommendations and best practices to avoid having issues in the future. I wish more shops offered the same service, confidence, and trust that I found at Mike's shop.”
“So my check engine light went on and I called David at Dwain's Auto spoke to him at length and he suggested I bring the car in. 2 days later when David called me he thoroughly went over all the options of what my choices were to get done. David didn't try to upsell me anything didn't try to sell me any extra parts he fixed what the problem was . I got my car back very quickly I'm very happy with the approach that Dwain's Auto takes with delivering precise mechanical work and no extras! I would highly recommend using them next time you're Auto has a problem.”
