The Home Depot in Albuquerque, NM, offers a wide selection of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies, making it a convenient place for home improvement projects of any size. The store aims to serve both DIY enthusiasts and professionals, with a knowledgeable staff ready to assist customers. Many customers appreciate the helpfulness of the front checkout staff and the variety of outdoor and gardening products. However, there are concerns about the level of customer service from some staff members, who are sometimes unhelpful or avoid eye contact in the aisles. Delivery experiences have been mixed. While some sales representatives are knowledgeable, delivery service has faced issues, including difficulty with product installation, unprofessional behavior from delivery crews, and incomplete or incorrect work, such as leaving appliances wobbly or not installing items as paid for. Customers have also faced delays in refunds and additional costs for repairs and help from neighbors or plumbers, which added frustration. Safety has been a concern, especially with repeated reports of theft and security issues outside the store, leading to calls for increased security measures. Overall, while the store offers a good range of products and some helpful staff, inconsistent customer service and delivery issues have impacted the shopping experience.
Wish there was more help, some employees see you all lost and they literally walk away or if you walk towards them they run and hide.

Why is it so incredibly impossible to have your staff provide basic customer service? God forbid this happen. The entitlement and lack of care is completely mind blowing. But hey what do I know, I’m just a customer!
