“This review is long overdue. I had a very large remodel done at my house in the spring/summer of last year. I moved my kitchen, made a huge pantry and laundry area, did a bathroom, and knocked out all the walls in the main living space. Things went smoothly. The communication was wonderful. My project manager, Doug, was exceptional. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.”

“I have now done 2 curbside pickups at this location and have been very impressed with the caliber of the staff and follow through. Had several months ago picked up a recliner and today a fire pit. Both times of very good quality and a good price. And w fire pit was super happy it was put together. So now I know curbside in store is better than house delivery for sure. Deducted one star as went in day before and staff couldn't find item which is why I just ordered online. Was easier for all of us.”

“I am in the process of renovating a home near the Heights True Value and I am glad it's close by. From the first time I shopped there it became my go to store because of how helpful the people are plus many of the prices are lower than the big box stores. They have had what I wanted most of the time which is impressive as it's so much smaller than Lowes for example. There is always someone there to help me with plumbing, electrical, really anything question I might have, or the location of an item or just some guidance. Daniel is a great help there, he has been great working with me to find things and is very knowledgeable about most questions you might have. When do you get that at the big stores? It's hard to find anyone there when you need help. They are all good to work with. I highly recommend this place.”

“The store was not too busy. They have such a wonderful variety of items, from tools, to clothes, food for all kinds of animals and fowl. We were there for dog toys and dental chews. We ended up getting a womens flannel shirt on sale for $9.99 and a beanie. The parking lot is level and handicap accessible. The store is clean and well stocked. We didn't check out the bathrooms. It is always fun to go in. So much to see.”

“I was visiting my daughter just before Christmas & making a lime pie. I brought limes, but she had no juicer. I walked over to TrueValue and... I had a choice of 4 manual juicers. Not only did I get a juicer, but also a fine zester, measuring cup, spatter cover for frying pans .. several things a young first apartment renter could use. And no parking issues or crowding that the box stores were having. Yes!”

Cat helped us a lots, she even tried to reach out us right after we almost gave up and walked out the door. Finally, we got the tools. Thank you Cat !”

“We have been coming here multiple times within the past week for supplies for an IKEA closet renovation and with every visit everyone is super helpful. We made the joke of what do they put in the water in the break room because everyone just seems to enjoy their job. I've been to another location in the area and this one I get the best help. We were mainly in the paint section as it can be tough on choosing the right colors when you want to paint an area in your home. But got a lot of help and better help than unnamed paint stores that pretty much told us we needed 2 gallons of paint to paint a closet. In reality it took us about 2/3 of a gallon can. I don't have a bad thing to say based on my experiences, which was for really simple basic things.”

“Bought a LG dishwasher. After installation it wasn’t flush with the cabinets. Took a little prodding but they came back and fixed it. Looks great. Everyone who helped us has been very nice. Glad I did business with HD. Be aware that the LG dishwasher is actually a box and the hose is built in. It was the wide circumference of the hose that created the issue. If you go online you’ll find that others had this issue. But it’s a nice dishwasher if you can fit it in. I wanted that third rack, which is very convenient for small things, long knives or silverware.”

“The Lowe's by the Walmart off of Bell is probably my second best experience at a Lowe's. They are available to help you with product pricing and much more. They don't fight you like Home Depot. They are quick to match prices and give an extra 10% for the hassle of going here and there. Thank you Lowe's and I always appreciate your help with items.”
