“So I just bought a basic top freezer Whirlpool fridge new but with small scratches and dent from Edith Appliance 3 weeks ago. These folx are local community business that is honest and real! I came in doing my research on what fridge will last longer to meet my needs because as much as there are the fancy eye catching new touch screen french door fridges that are popping on the market right now, what I was finding based on my research is that these fridges where the ones to be more returned. So I asked these questions to the staff at the time of purchase to see if they where honest about the fridges and their quality. The staff was more then open to talk about this so I could find the best fridge that met my needs and that I for sure knew I will not have problems with and if I did I can fix it because american parts are pretty easy to find. This is the only place your gonna find a discounted fridge that will deliver it to you, that is a plus if you do not have the means of having a truck and lifting capabilities too if you need it installed. Also Edith Appliance on all reliable brands will have a 1 year warranty such as American brand names like Frigidaire, Whirlpool and GE. I recommend this place to all my relatives and friends, check them out they are definitely gente!”

“I have now done 2 curbside pickups at this location and have been very impressed with the caliber of the staff and follow through. Had several months ago picked up a recliner and today a fire pit. Both times of very good quality and a good price. And w fire pit was super happy it was put together. So now I know curbside in store is better than house delivery for sure. Deducted one star as went in day before and staff couldn't find item which is why I just ordered online. Was easier for all of us.”

Hannah spent at least 2 hours helping me not only get what I needed for Saturday, but working with me patiently, without a goal to "make a sale". She answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and she gave me some great ideas and advice- she is so knowledgeable of all aspects of her work. And patience galore! She got my bathtub delivered the next day and had me jot down the questions I needed to ask our builder regarding sinks, faucets and lighting. In the end..... “We have been coming here multiple times within the past week for supplies for an IKEA closet renovation and with every visit everyone is super helpful. We made the joke of what do they put in the water in the break room because everyone just seems to enjoy their job. I've been to another location in the area and this one I get the best help. We were mainly in the paint section as it can be tough on choosing the right colors when you want to paint an area in your home. But got a lot of help and better help than unnamed paint stores that pretty much told us we needed 2 gallons of paint to paint a closet. In reality it took us about 2/3 of a gallon can. I don't have a bad thing to say based on my experiences, which was for really simple basic things.”

“Bought a LG dishwasher. After installation it wasn’t flush with the cabinets. Took a little prodding but they came back and fixed it. Looks great. Everyone who helped us has been very nice. Glad I did business with HD. Be aware that the LG dishwasher is actually a box and the hose is built in. It was the wide circumference of the hose that created the issue. If you go online you’ll find that others had this issue. But it’s a nice dishwasher if you can fit it in. I wanted that third rack, which is very convenient for small things, long knives or silverware.”

Just the other day I had heavy things and I was unloading it to exchange and this guy stopped doing the carts and came over to help me without me me even asking!! What an Angel!! I've offered to tip this young fella and he was so polite and declined. They truly do have great people working there and I can say with 100% confidence that they're there to help wholeheartedly!!! Once inside, the greeter directed us to the Geek Squad where we got the screen saver replaced on a new iPhone. It's not clear when entering the store, but you must have an appoitment with Geek Squad before being waited on. Be sure to ask for an appointment or call ahead.”
