Horribly poor customer service! If you never need to speak to anyone at the bank, you're fine. Otherwise, it's 40min waiting on the phone, being passed from hold to hold. Ridiculous waste of time.

I'm sorry but this location I do not recommend they do not care for the customers just those who they know from town .

IMPOSSIBLE to get InTouch with anybody in customer service regarding my mortgage. 2 phones going at once, for OVER 1 hour no one picks up.This is NO WAY to do Business.I suggest you look elsewhere and DON'T do business with Valley National Bank!!!!
