“My experience at this bank has been very positive. My first interaction with Columbia was when I applied for a new mortgage on my home. In order to qualify for the lowest rates, I had to apply for a checking account at one of their branches. This branch was closest to my home, so I opened my account here. At the time, this bank was offering interest rates of 1% whereas my other bank was paying me 1/10 of one percent. As a result, I opened an additional checking account and moved most of my money to Columbia. I have found the tellers to be friendly and competant. The hours are decent although not as customer friendly as the hours at TD Bank. The branch has free coffee in the lobby and the desk personnel that I have dealt with have been competant and friendly. All in all, I'm very happy with this branch of Columbia Bank of NJ.”

“Because of covid-19 my branch is temporarily closed. I was directed to this branch since they have a drive up. I went only with my debit card since I was expecting to go inside the bank. The woman who took care of me at the drive up was so pleasant and so helpful. She gave me what I needed and was so quick. “I stumbled upon this location by accident. I had no idea that it was even here. I was on my way to Fun Creation Studio to pick up my pottery, and Wells Fargo was right off the exit from Route 23 North. You might ask how I've been to the pottery place without noticing the bank, but that answer is simple. I usually take the back roads since I'm usually coming from Totowa. I walked in and was promptly greeted by one of the bankers. On this occasion I had a few checks to deposit as well as wanting to withdraw some cash. The banker was extremely helpful and efficient. Overall, a good experience. Now that I know this location is here, I'll make sure to stop by again when I'm in the vicinity.”
