“I went to my Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The staff was pretty sure I didn't need one yet but they humored me and checked the fluid levels. Afterwards, they told me the oil was OK and didn't need to be changed. I had a concern about the windshield wiper and one gentleman checked it out. There was no charge even though they spent time with my car and talking to me, kindly explaining why it's important for me to drive the car, not let it sit unused. I always leave Roselle Jiffy Lube a happy customer. The kindness and professionalism of the staff leaves me feeling my car is safe and in good hands, as am I!”

“In the past I've known this place to be super sketchy but under new management they have improved tremendously. I went there about a week ago just browsing around at cars. Keep in mind my credit is terrible so I came in already discouraged full of doubt that I can't get a car anyway. Sarah helped me beyond measures. She was persistent to put me in a new car and with dedication and the ultimate persistence she did just that. She had a whole lot of patience I might add. “As someone who does not live in the area, I had an emergency with my car and this Pep Boys happened to be the closest shop to the location I started to issues with my car. I pulled up to Pep Boys and I was immediately helped by the gentleman with the long beard. He gave an approximate time frame of how long the repairs would take. A few hours later, I get a call from Carlos explaining to me what the issue was and how much it was going to cost. Once I agreed on the price, they started working on the car and once it was ready for pick up they sent me a text message letting me know. I picked up the car and it ran like new and I was able to go home with no issues whatsoever. I'm very thankful for the service this Pep Boys provided at a time where I need emergency repairs.”
