“As someone who does not live in the area, I had an emergency with my car and this Pep Boys happened to be the closest shop to the location I started to issues with my car. I pulled up to Pep Boys and I was immediately helped by the gentleman with the long beard. He gave an approximate time frame of how long the repairs would take. A few hours later, I get a call from Carlos explaining to me what the issue was and how much it was going to cost. Once I agreed on the price, they started working on the car and once it was ready for pick up they sent me a text message letting me know. I picked up the car and it ran like new and I was able to go home with no issues whatsoever. I'm very thankful for the service this Pep Boys provided at a time where I need emergency repairs.”
