“I had a battery short going on for 2 months somewhere in the car. Civic kept dying every time I turned off the car and let it sit for 6-8 hours. I went to a couple of places that wasted my money replacing parts that wasn’t the problem. I went to quality auto , talked to Willy , he called me the next day explaining everything that has to be done to the car and what was causing the problem. Also , he inspected my whole car to make sure everything is safe and what I need to have everything working fine in the electrical. Like replacing the battery terminals , ground wire , etc.Now , the civic hasn’t died in over a month now. Everything is working good. “After years of going out of my way to an out of town mechanic, we decided to bring one of our four cars to First Independent by way of tow truck. Our first impression started well with the Secretary at the place: a very pleasant person (Carmen) keeping up with the flow of customers and phone calls returned all my calls and finally it was Mr. Cruz turn to call me. Well, he got the chance to do whatever he can to my car, since it was not starting when we called the tow truck, but to my surprise, he just told me that nothing was wrong with the car, nothing owe and to go and get my vehicle from his shop. Years of being rip off by different mechanics, it was a great experience to know there is still people that value the first principle of business; A happy customer, bring more customers.
