“Been here a couple times since moving to the area and the staff has been friendly. The best part of this place is the prices. This place has everything you would need for a BBQ they offer a variety of spices and different types of meat. This place is my to go place for affordable high quality cuts of meat. I walked out of here with 3 lbs of chicken breasts and spent between 5-6 dollars. This butcher shop is really affordable and so far good quality meat. Newarkians should check it out. “I came to this location for Eid- Ul- Adha 2021 after hearing they work closely with Mecca Halal Meat. The 1st of Eid, this place is heavily crowded and wait time are long and never ending. I came the second day 9 am when they open and I got my sheep and I was at home by 10 am.The Customer Service is rude, but I got my meat lol.The goats were old and skinny, though the sheep and cows were in great health.Over I will be here again next Eid إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُFor those who say it’s a dirty place, well it’s a butcher shop, I don’t think it gets any cleaner than that, and the one star reviews they might belong to the vegan protestors I saw when I went there lol.”
“I was greeted upon entry there were other people that appeared to be regulars. I was asked if I needed help but it was first time so I said I had no decided on everything yet. They gave me time and a gentleman helped I told him I didn't quite need the plans posted but wanted to come up with my own. He said that was fine and I told him what I needed and he went and got everything and rang me up. Bottom line this where I'm getting my meat from now on.?? ?? ?? ??”
