“I ordered a new window air conditioner over the phone after speaking to Joe. It came with free shipping and no sales tax. (I live in Manhattan). Worked out great, I used a handyman to install it as it had a sleeve. He took 3 hours to install it! Wish I had used Paul to install it for $65. Another a/c I ordered did not work out for me, it was very noisy, Paul's took it back no charge for the return or delivery. Friends have had similar positive experiences.”

“I was just at Home Depot and had lost phone and wallet. It was taken away when it was in the cart while my sister and I were loading our stuff. Thankfully I had find my iPhone and was able to see it was within the store after it was taken about 10 blocks away and back. Thank you the security guards that were helping me out the entire time. And especially a male worker at customer service that went through all the trouble to search all the lost and found belongings and found my phone and wallet within a grocery bag.”
