“Hani the manager was so wonderful to deal with. He took his time and answered all our questions. He showed us all our options and helped us make the best decision for my family. He is so friendly, kind and most importantly knows his stuff. Hani listened to us and our needs and took us around the store to show us what the options are. He even took the extra step to set with us and talk to us about payment options so that we can still get the best deal and best quality without feeling the pressure to spend a lot of money all at once. Highly recommend dealing with Hani when you're in the store. He's so good at his job that i recommend you call the store to make sure he's there before going just so you guarantee to be meeting with him directly.”

“Much of the store is undergoing refurbishment, which means sales staff seem few and far between, and many shelves are empty. However, a kindly cashier was able to find everything I wanted in the stacks at the back, so still a good experience.”

“Not sure why the ratings for this location is so low, it's your standard Home Depot with standard employees. Not any kinder or ruder. Has restrooms, as per usual for Home Depot. Don't be afraid to ask for help, you might need to ask several people because sometimes people don't know what they are doing, but again, standard Home Depot lol. I like to check the items I'm looking for ahead of coming and check if they are in stock before I arrive.”

“I bought a fridge from JC HomeDepot after my awful experience with JC Lowes on Route 440. I paid more than Lowes for the same fridge but my experience with HomeDepot was way better. I would buy again from JC HomeDepot. I did call about my order multiple times because of my terrible experience with the JC Lowes. But, if I didn't, I would definitely be confident with HomeDepot. They sent me notifications about my order the week it was expected to be delivered even before I inquired about my fridge. My fridge was a special order item and I still go it on the date expected. If you want to know my experience with the JC Lowes check out my detailed 1 star review on google maps for JC Lowes on Route 440. Thank you HomeDepot although the Fridge I wanted cost a few hundred dollars more, I did like the experience I had with HomeDepot. HomeDepot gets 4 stars because I had to go searching for their appliance person(Paola) and she had an attitude like I was disturbing her when she wasn't doing anything at the time, but other then that experience with the appliance person, everything else was good with HomeDepot itself.”

“"How Doers Get More Done" that's their motto guys. Doers, not people who need help. Doers, are people who get things done....usually without much assistance. Home Depot over the past 10 years or so have tried to pivot toward being a full service- Starbucks type business, but have failed miserably. Do not go here looking for help, don't go to home depot if you're "not sure" of what you need. Don't come here for curbside drop off or for *laughing out loud appliances to be installed or to hire a contractor to install something. You will be met with an insurmountable amount of dissatisfaction, disappointment, and waste a phDs worth of time. Watch a YouTube video on how to do it yourself and buy the materials and tools to DO IT YOURSELF. It's tile, and wood, and screws and glues and paint. It's not rocket science. It's not micro hand surgery, it's not vascular surgery.”
