I'm switching bank. incoming int'l wire transfer was rejected without much explanation. and they held it for over a month without even trying to contact me about it. seems like there's only one person who can even look it up. others can't even find where the money is. very sketchy for a bank.

Dan and Julia, although persistent, were very helpful with our needs. They were looking out for our financial needs. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Mary Ann was extremely rude. I have never experienced such dismissive behavior. Luckily a Philadelphia branch was super friendly and very helpful.Mary Ann is either racist, ageist or has better things to do than provide good customer service.
