I went to the bank and they gave me a new card. Very professional and I don’t understand the other negative comments, but everyone is different I guess or just like to complain to much about about irrelevant situations. ?”

“I have found the staff very friendly, polite and professional. I have been dealing with Gordon and it has been a pleasure doing business with him. I have no doubt that I would feel the same with the other bankers. As a comment on some of the 1 star reviews, if your credit score is in the 500's and your average balance in your checking account is less than $100, you really should try banking somewhere else. Do you have a clue what "Chase Private Client" means?”

“Kevin, one of the managers, was so gracious and kind. I called the branch having been given the run around by several other TD employees in another location. Kevin was calm and collected and allowed me to vent to him even though I wasn't supposed to. I was angry and yelling and ready to close my account but he remained calm and assured me that he was going to own my problem and take care of it completely. He delivered within minutes! You need more like Kevin because some of your other employees out there are just clueless! Thank you.”

“This is a very good bank. Free checking and checks at 50 yrs of age- no long lines.....as few people go here. With that said, checks take longer then normal to clear, so why I also have an acct 500 yds away at TD. if you understand what you are getting here, its a great deal!”

“Today I was in a panic someone hacked my card and my funds were all frozen it was 11:53am 7 minutes till closing I’m come in frazzled and the two most wonderful employees the teller named Silvia who got me a water and made sure we would figure it out, when then she got the manager Jeremy who sat on hold on the phone for me for almost 35 mins to get me a new card and to make sure I left with it all handled. They didn’t make me feel like a burden I feltHorrible keeping them after hours they stayed and hour or more past their time just to make sure I was good. I’m so grateful for this branch and most of all for it being those two people being there. I can’t say enough how kind and courteous they were. Thank you both again! I love seeing people who really care ? Danielle a valued customer”

“The staff here was so helpful, kind and nice. my husband and I were greeted and helped very quickly and efficiently. Anuneet and the manager Chris were both very friendly and knowledgeable . They helped us with what we came in for and they were so nice to our kids we brought with us. Sometimes it’s hard to get stuff done when you have to bring little ones with you but they interacted with them and joked with them and it made the process easy and enjoyable. They both deserve recognition for being great at what they do . I highly recommend going to see them at this branch.”
