I went here on a Monday and boy the customer service there is tremendous, i was shopping for my girlfriend who is turning 21 in eight days, Assistant Manager Kaitlyn super hepful even Manager Amanda even helped me find the perfect Fashion Jewelry to match the tops with for her especially their tanks and jewelry which was all 25% off sale markdowns which was AMAZING!! I Got the most stunning bracelet which the price dropped even more than the tops, In addition to my greatest experience with Free People i even had everything wrapped up in the store for Free at no additional charge. “Torrid is my absolute favorite place to shop. Clothes are a little pricey but such great quality, they last forever!!Went there yesterday with another phenomenal experience. All three ladies were so sweet! One of them was wearing the same shirt as me! And old torrid shirt!Frankie has helped me check out a couple times before and helped me yesterday as well. Always makes sure I have the right amount of each section to get full discounts available. The young lady with the curly hair (sorry I don’t remember your name) is the absolute sweetest. I went in there one time in need of an outfit for that night and had no idea what to do. She asked me a couple things I like to wear and pulled out a bunch of cute recommendations. AMAZING!Anyone who says anything bad about this store is a cranky pants and doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Love you all!!”

“If I could give Qualeek 10 stars in this review I would. When I entered the store this past weekend, I needed help with a return and he was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Most of the time, returns take a while to process but Qualeek knew exactly what to do. He had wonderful customer service skills and was very attentive to my concerns / questions. He also gave me recommendations and let me know about the rewards program. I signed up and I am so glad I did. Tyler provided excellent customer service by going the extra mile to understand the exact fit of jeans I was looking for. Historically jean shopping can be very frustrating but Tyler elevated my experience with their kindness and friendliness. I've learned so much more about AE jean sizing because of them. “There was a sales associate who was very helpful (I wish I remembered her name). I was looking for a new push-up bra but was unsure of the sizing because the one I ordered online didn't fit. She took one look at me and found the perfect size in one try. I asked her to measure to be sure, and she was exactly right! She also came back with at least 6 other bras of a similar style to try. I bought the first one, but in a different pattern. She had another lady help me find matching panties, which was difficult since the bra style was discontinued but she found a good match. This is the best customer service at a V.S. store ever!”

“I came for jeans and left with jeans, so I would consider my visit a success. I figured coming here would be easier (and maybe more affordable) than Macys, and I was indeed very happy with how quickly I was able to get in and out of the store. The store was tidy which was especially surprising considering we are in the holiday season. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, and the checkout line moved quickly. The manager was assisting at the registers. It was nice to see her supporting her staff in that way. To note, their store card expires after 6 months to 1 year if it remains inactive during that time.”

The staff was so incredibly nice especially the woman with the tortoise shell glasses she must have been the store manager. It was extremely busy but a young guy helped me along with the woman I mentioned and it was an excellent experience. “Visited the store today after seeing a bunch of Facebook ads for this company. I tried on the shorts and I have to admit they are some of the best athletic shorts I have ever worn. The price tag was a bit high but I was told about their program, you join and you get a really crazy deal, 2 for $24 shorts and everything else 70% off. I signed up and will definitely be returning. Customer service was excellent at this location, was given recommendations and was even offered to have them order different styles/colors for me that weren't available in store for me.”
