“If I could give Qualeek 10 stars in this review I would. When I entered the store this past weekend, I needed help with a return and he was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Most of the time, returns take a while to process but Qualeek knew exactly what to do. He had wonderful customer service skills and was very attentive to my concerns / questions. Tyler provided excellent customer service by going the extra mile to understand the exact fit of jeans I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable about the store inventory as well as the intended fit of each style. I want to thank Tyler for being so patient and informative by listening to my fit concerns and letting me know what my American Eagle options were. Historically jean shopping can be very frustrating but Tyler elevated my experience with their kindness and friendliness. I've learned so much more about AE jean sizing because of them. “I came for jeans and left with jeans, so I would consider my visit a success. I figured coming here would be easier (and maybe more affordable) than Macys, and I was indeed very happy with how quickly I was able to get in and out of the store. The store was tidy which was especially surprising considering we are in the holiday season. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, and the checkout line moved quickly. The manager was assisting at the registers. It was nice to see her supporting her staff in that way. To note, their store card expires after 6 months to 1 year if it remains inactive during that time.”

They did not have my size in an item I liked but mentioned that they could order it for me. When I was paying the sales associate asked if I wanted to place the online order. “This store isn't my style, but I went in their for the holiday for gifts for my family. The staff was so incredibly nice especially the woman with the tortoise shell glasses she must have been the store manager. It was extremely busy but a young guy helped me along with the woman I mentioned and it was an excellent experience. I definitely will be back and I'm in retail as well I think they set an amazing example and raised the bar with their customer service skills and great attitudes!”

“Visited the store today after seeing a bunch of Facebook ads for this company. I tried on the shorts and I have to admit they are some of the best athletic shorts I have ever worn. The price tag was a bit high but I was told about their program, you join and you get a really crazy deal, 2 for $24 shorts and everything else 70% off. I signed up and will definitely be returning. Customer service was excellent at this location, was given recommendations and was even offered to have them order different styles/colors for me that weren't available in store for me.”
