“Mia is the best! I've had ALOT of experience with having things embroidered. This particular time it was really important to me, it was a gift for my brother who started his own company and we are all really proud of him. I digitized the file, as that is what I do for living, and brought it to LIDS in the bridgewater mall to have it professionally embroidered, because I really wanted it to have the most professional stitching. Well, first the guys who took my order were sweethearts, quirky and funny.. I wish I could remember their names. Nice guys. Managed to help me on Black Friday and manage the rest of the store. I ordered two hats and left. I called the store twice because I wanted to change my order. No problem.. they were very cool about it. Then I get a call from Mia. She tells me the wording is too small. I was so grateful that she called to tell me this and didn't just run it and shrug when I got there like just about any other embroidery vendor would have done. Then when I picked it up. I was so thrilled with the quality of work, which involved puffy embroider, which is more difficult then plain flat embroidery.. Thanks so much guys.. Really appreciate your professionalism.”

“Zumiez Bridgewater is the best place to start when you are buying your first skateboard.My name is Jennifer Loughran, I run the only skateboarding program in the area. Typically, I support "local shops" but we don't have any in our town. So for me to support and trust a corporate skate company is a VERY big deal.Why? First, I have learned how much Zumiez does for local communities through the Zumiez Foundation. Second, I have come to trust and respect the staff at the Bridgewater Zumiez because they always do right by every customer I have ever sent them.Jeff, the manager is the nicest guy who always goes out of his way to make every interaction at the store an "experience". This is so important for new skaters and their parents when buying their first skateboard. To know that their money and time is well spent is my everything.Recently, we hosted the very FIRST skateboarding event in our town. Michael, another Zumiez employee, came to the event. He was so cool, cheered everybody on. He is such a great representation of skateboarding. He brought a deck for our 12 and under competition and presented it to the winner... it was a very big deal for Quinton, the winner, who overcame so much and worked so hard over the past year.I'm so grateful to them both and to the district manager who helped me out when I first launched our program.. “Every time I go shoe shopping I always check out champs there selection is hit or miss for me but when it’s a hit it’s a really good selection. The staff is really nice I found some shoes that like but I wanted to check some other stores and they were so nice about holding it to the side. Overall great store and only reason not 5 stars is that they don’t always have a good selection but I really recommend!”

“The staff here is super helpful - the whole time we were here they were going back and forth helping people find what they were looking for.The store is surprisingly well-stocked. The thing is, lululemon is known for their golden goose - their leggings. If you go to any lulu, you can just about guarantee the leggings section will be full of people not sure what to get (which is natural and makes plenty of sense, I mean this is why people go to stores in person especially for clothes). The actual store (like many in retail) doesn’t seem to know how to lay out their inventory in a way where people have the space to do what they came to.All the five star reviews here are very valid, though. We went to a pop-up store and had a MUCH worse experience, too many people, not enough space in the aisles, just about no inventory. You’re way less likely to experience that here.”

“Visited the store today after seeing a bunch of Facebook ads for this company. I tried on the shorts and I have to admit they are some of the best athletic shorts I have ever worn. The price tag was a bit high but I was told about their program, you join and you get a really crazy deal, 2 for $24 shorts and everything else 70% off. I signed up and will definitely be returning. Customer service was excellent at this location, was given recommendations and was even offered to have them order different styles/colors for me that weren't available in store for me.”
