“There is no comparison to buying appliances from Triangle TV & Appliances to buying appliances at chain stores. Unlike Dave at Triangle, the sales representatives at chain stores are not trained at all in knowing anything about the product they are trying to make a sale on. Instead, they refer to their phones to get the information about the product and then give it to the buyer. On the other hand, Dave is extremely knowledgeable about appliances that he sells. Dave is willing to help his clients until they are satisfied. I purchased a washing machine from him, and I realized after it had been delivered that I preferred a different machine. With no hesitation, Dave ordered the one I preferred, picked up the one that I received, and delivered the new one. Dave will go the extra mile to have his customers happy with what they buy from him. I am very pleased with the washer and air conditioner that I purchased from him. I have had so many problems with appliances that I bought at chain stores. So much so that my one- year-old oven emitted high levels of carbon monoxide. “Before making my refrigerator purchase online, I spoke with Jesus, a customer care specialist at the Bay Ridge, Brooklyn location. He was very helpful, and so kind and patient. Every customer service representative should be like him. He even called me back to give me additional information about where I could view the fridge on display. He answered all of my questions about the dimensions of the fridge, the material used for shelving, and the installation service available. He was able to locate the fridge I was looking for. If you ever visit the PC Richards Bay Ridge location, you should ask for him.”
