“Good spot to do laundry, located in a nice area not far from places I visit so getting other things making a stop at Rite Aid right across the street, a quick drive to post office, Market Basket, & Walmart as well as Tuscan Village in between loads.
This place can get busy on the weekends so prepare to either go early or plan on at least a few hours to wash & dry a few loads of laundry. This location is clean, has updated, sanitized washer & dryers .
They also offer a drop off/pick up wash/dry/fold service that sometimes can be done as same day service, this can be more expensive but in my opinion definitely worth it when you just don't have the time to spend time at the laundromat.”
“From what I have read so far from the reviews, this place sounds like I should have gone there with my wife just now, so that I could have seen this place for myself. Our washer is being repaired tomorrow, we hope!

“Only thing I hate about this place is Google keeps asking me where the entrance is they're all over the building. 5 or 6 entrances which is fantastic. Different sizes of machines. Drop off laundry service. Vending machines and helpful staff. And it's in a great location. There's also a convenience store across the street that has lottery.A+”
“I started using this laundry mat about a year ago after my own dryer broke. We haven't been able to afford a new dryer yet, which means I need to use a laundry mat whenever we need clean clothes. The machines for the pay cards are very simple and easy to use. The prices for the washers are a bit high considering the size of the loads they fit but the dryer prices are completely reasonable, if not a little to low. You may need to run the dryer multiple times depending on the size of your load but it's still typically less than 2 dollars. The staff/owners are polite, friendly and helpful every single time I've been there (at least 3 times a month, usually more). They are very patient and understanding towards any children that may be stuck hanging around there while their parents run their laundry. My own young daughter has ADHD and Autism, she can be quite hyper and loud at times, the staff have never been rude to her. In fact, they typically engage in conversations with her to keep her busy.”

“I just went to the laundromat for the very first time, and was super pleased with the level of cleanliness that it had. The washing machines were cleaned inside. The top of the dryers and washers were cleaned. It smelled clean inside the woman who maintains it. It’s just absolutely so adorable. The most kindest, sweetest lady I met I definitely will be coming back because it’s so clean and because of the way, she maintains the business Super sweet, super clean facility I highly recommend.”
“My leather jacket had stains so I brought it in, paid before hand, they sent it to their specialist. I came to pick it up a week later, it wasn't ready and they told me to come back next week. When I returned he said that they couldn't clean it and offered me a refund. I come here regularly and have never had a problem.”

“Well, I like to evaluate experiences based on the principle that, in this case, it is the service. If I had 10 stars I would give them. The girl who helped me was immediately ready. I informed if it was my first time. He soon offered her the service to wash and deliver everything ready. Of course I accepted! She weighed the clothes, gave the price, I paid and AT THIS EXACT MOMENT of this review I'm in the parking lot (Plus) waiting for her to call me to pick up the clothes. Thank you very much! Too bad I don't live in Lawell, otherwise I would always come back.”

“Best dry cleaners in Dracut/Lowell. Robin is the hardest worker there and is the only person I trust to do my clothes. Whenever I need some clothes done in a certain time frame and need them cleaned and pressed properly I go to this location. Convenient and friendly service with a smile. There’s a tailor shop next door as well run by a nice lady named Maria which is awesome when repairs are needed on clothes as well or a piece of clothing taken in to adjust sizing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE”

“I dried a load of towels for 30 mins for $0.75. There's AC, three seats inside, and a good amount of free parking.They also sell drinks for $1 and they have a restroom. Although I didn't use the washer, it's priced at $2.”

“I stopped doing laundry here about a year or so ago because the facility was dirty and grimy, sticky floors, and the whole place smelled really bad. Not to mention it had become a hangout of sorts.I went in early this morning to do a small load and I was pleasantly surprised!The building is clean, neat and tidy and IT SMELLS LIKE CLEAN LAUNDRY!!I must say I was very surprised!I spoke with a very kind gentleman named Ruben Agosto. He is the wonderful person responsible for this amazing transformation. I told him how much I appreciate his efforts and now I'll be back to do my laundry on a regular basis basis again.Thank you Ruben!!”

“You don’t need quarters. You can swipe your card or use cash to get tokens to use for the washers and dryers. They also have quick wash options that you can use and save an extra 50 cents or dollar. It is also very well kept and the employee was very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend”
“Earl and his staff are always so friendly and helpful. I own a local cleaning company and frequently have large loads of linens that need washing with quick turnarounds. They’re always able to accommodate me, and the linens come back spotless and neatly folded. I’ve also used the coin op machines and they work great. Washers are quick, they have several “giant” washers that accommodate huge amounts of clothing or linens, and the dryers are quick as well. It’s always very clean inside and the machines are clean and well maintained. They also have “scent free” dedicated washers and dryers for those sensitive to synthetic fragrances, which I think is a huge plus!”
“This location was definitely clean and the employee was friendly. There were a lot of different washing machines to chose from and the cost was pretty standard. There were not a lot of dryers and the cost of the dryers was pretty high. For $0.25 you only get 5 minutes so based on that I would not be back unless it was absolutely necessary. I had also forgotten to bring dryer sheets and the machine that you can buy them from was broken. There is plenty of parking.”
“Update-- throughout all of the years you've gotten free bags, just for being a customer is no longer available. Very sad but I'm glad he still hooks us up.Been coming here as a kid. Used to love the old owners they always treated you like family. Still keep in touch w/ them til this day. New management is alright. Man seems like a grump but he's nice . They also close earlier than their regular normal hoursUpdate so I got to know the new owner and he's not a grump at all he just looks like it lol”

“I usually go to my old laundromat I always go to. This one here the dryers are so good from the dryers in Chelmsford the 24hr I go to their dyers are so old and don’t dry enough. Customer service was very polite and kind. Just a friendly suggestion if your laundry is full of people and don’t have washers and dryers for service head down to this place and they have plenty of parking?. When I return I will put pictures.”
“Great little laundry that's family owned. The machines aren't expensive and it's safe to wash your clothes or have them dry cleaned while leaving them at the laundry. They've been around for decades and I find it a lovely little place to spend a couple hours doing laundry, but you can easily pop around the corner and grab a bite.”
