“Update-- throughout all of the years you've gotten free bags, just for being a customer is no longer available. Very sad but I'm glad he still hooks us up.Been coming here as a kid. Used to love the old owners they always treated you like family. Still keep in touch w/ them til this day. New management is alright. Man seems like a grump but he's nice . They also close earlier than their regular normal hoursUpdate so I got to know the new owner and he's not a grump at all he just looks like it lol”

“I dried a load of towels for 30 mins for $0.75. There's AC, three seats inside, and a good amount of free parking.They also sell drinks for $1 and they have a restroom. Although I didn't use the washer, it's priced at $2.”

“I love that the name of this Laundromat isn't false advertisement. As a mom of 3, laundry day is usually an all day activity, clear the schedule,, shut off my phone. Since moving to Lowell,this Laundromat is my first choice. I'm always in and right out. The amazing employee, with glasses and dark hair that she usually wears up, is the only employee I've ever had a chat with.. she's attentive, hard working, polite, helpful and has amazing energy. This place would be a lot more awesome if all employees interacted positively with patrons .. I've seen one with a really unwelcoming face.. just a smile, it's free.. But I did still give 5 stars because the awesome helpful employee overpowered any negativity”

“I began to drop off my laundry at Mill City 12 years ago. Sorahya was working there back then. They have always done a great job. They are friendly, happy atmosphere, and their job is done PERFECTLY. Sorahya and the Brazilian lady are my favorites.They take such a great care of our clothes, even hanging shirts and jackets.”

“Best place to do laundry. It was 24 hours. I was there late. The people who work there are attentive.Now for a limited time, they offer drying free.The music they played was also ?.The big washing machines were $20, and I spent about $60, but I washed 3 comforters, sheets, jackets, all my daughter's clothes, my husband's clothes, and my clothes. And since I could spread them throughout multiple dryers, it took about 1 hour.I liked it so much that I will probably go back tomorrow and do my college kids' stuff and more comforters.”

“i'm definitely going to be coming back to michelle's for all my cleaning needs! i'm a first timer for using a cleaners and i brought in my patagonia rain jacket. unfortunately it was lost in my dad's garage and had all sorts of stains when found, to make it worse it was a beige colored jacket so it needed a lot of TLC. i brought it in and i was helped out by oscar(?) who was very welcoming despite my shyness with being unfamiliar with the process. i didn't have expectations of a brand new jacket so i was given my ticket to pick up a few days later. i came in this afternoon to pick it up and i was in awe, i had my jacket back in very great condition! most of the unknown stains had came out and it was back to being a beige color. the two severe stains left are very faint from when i brought it in that you would have to stare to really notice it. i actually stood there looking at it and i believe the owner had asked if something was wrong but i was so excited to see my jacket be brought back to life! my jacket is hung up safely from any dirt or grime but now i know michelle's is my number one spot if worst were to come again. :)”

“I started using this laundry mat about a year ago after my own dryer broke. We haven't been able to afford a new dryer yet, which means I need to use a laundry mat whenever we need clean clothes. The machines for the pay cards are very simple and easy to use. The prices for the washers are a bit high considering the size of the loads they fit but the dryer prices are completely reasonable, if not a little to low. You may need to run the dryer multiple times depending on the size of your load but it's still typically less than 2 dollars. The staff/owners are polite, friendly and helpful every single time I've been there (at least 3 times a month, usually more). They are very patient and understanding towards any children that may be stuck hanging around there while their parents run their laundry. My own young daughter has ADHD and Autism, she can be quite hyper and loud at times, the staff have never been rude to her. In fact, they typically engage in conversations with her to keep her busy.”

“Brand new washers and dryers. And they have the biggest washer in the area. And multiple large brand new dryers. The owner stepped up his establishment with extended hours. Well done!!”

“Fastest laundromat ever And best and the helpers that work there are great. TIP. USE DRYERS ON LOW HEAT ONLY OTHERWISE YOUR CLOTHES ARE RUINED. THERE TOO STONG. BUT ON LOW THERE PERFECT.”

“Been going here for about a year now of and on... always clean, cheaper than all other mats in the area..... I finally met the owner of this place, he was cleaning up and we started talking sports for about an hour... passed time.. real hardworking guy... I highly recommend this mat for the Lowell area... 5stars.. will be back next week to use the machines! thanks johnnys!!!”

“Good people running the car wash, terrible population surrounding it. The employees are all very understanding and helpful, doing their best to keep the car wash in shape. But there are too many people dumping their garbage on the grounds when a dumpster is two feet away from them. If this team was in a better environment there would be no question as to how good their services are.Services: Polishing”
