The place is always very clean and I do their folding service sometimes because it is affordable. I started coming here about 6 months ago and I wish I knew about it sooner! “I'm 32, I've been coming to this Laundromat for a VERY long time .. before I had kids, and even way before that. I'm a Lawrence native, and this is the only Laundromat where I feel at home. Whether I moved to Andover, Haverhill, Methuen, or Lawrence, this has always been my place. Dana(owner), you're an amazing human. I've only seen him upset once(because of hoodlums stealing), and even then he was so nice. When someone cares about their business, employees and customers, it's evident. I've never seen a miserable employee (tired yes, but we're all humans). I've made some amazing laundry day buddies here. Even when customers are being not too civil, the employees here are always professional, full of good energy and always willing to help. I'm sorry for rambling but, thank you all. Thank you for your patience, presence, hospitality. There were a couple times where I went to wash and was at my lowest.. but a conversation with Scotty or Patty or any other employee, would brighten my day and remind me of the good that's still left on this planet. “Best dry cleaners in Dracut/Lowell. Robin is the hardest worker there and is the only person I trust to do my clothes. Whenever I need some clothes done in a certain time frame and need them cleaned and pressed properly I go to this location. Convenient and friendly service with a smile. There’s a tailor shop next door as well run by a nice lady named Maria which is awesome when repairs are needed on clothes as well or a piece of clothing taken in to adjust sizing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE”

“Best place to do laundry. It was 24 hours. I was there late. The people who work there are attentive.Now for a limited time, they offer drying free.The music they played was also ?.The big washing machines were $20, and I spent about $60, but I washed 3 comforters, sheets, jackets, all my daughter's clothes, my husband's clothes, and my clothes. And since I could spread them throughout multiple dryers, it took about 1 hour.I liked it so much that I will probably go back tomorrow and do my college kids' stuff and more comforters.”

Today I walked in and the place was trashed with everyone’s mess that they left behind including the bathroom. The community is given something nice and modern and people treat it with no care. “This place is great for the busy folk who doesn't have a washer or dryer at home. The payment cards for the machines are very easy to load. There is a station and all you do is put the card in the slot and insert bills (1s, 5s, 10s, or 20s). There is even a vanity ATM there if you need cash. The people there are easy to talk to and they are fluent in Spanish. They have gumball machines, coffee, TVs, and even a massage chair to use while you wait. Machines are well kept and vary in size and price. If it is your first time, the cards only cost 3 dollars to purchase.”

“This location was definitely clean and the employee was friendly. There were a lot of different washing machines to chose from and the cost was pretty standard. There were not a lot of dryers and the cost of the dryers was pretty high. For $0.25 you only get 5 minutes so based on that I would not be back unless it was absolutely necessary. I had also forgotten to bring dryer sheets and the machine that you can buy them from was broken. There is plenty of parking.”
