“The girls are nice and remember their frequent customers. The laundrymat is clean and there are plenty of carts and tables. Not a big laundrymat but enough machines. It's cozy and has a very local vibe.”

“The people at the counter are friendly and knowledgeable. I brought religious robes that were in desperate need of cleaning. The material is woven with gold thread and has beautiful detailing. Superior Cleaners not only handled them gently but made them look almost new again. I would not trust anyone else with these fine fabric items with anyone else.”

“I'm 32, I've been coming to this Laundromat for a VERY long time .. before I had kids, and even way before that. I'm a Lawrence native, and this is the only Laundromat where I feel at home. Whether I moved to Andover, Haverhill, Methuen, or Lawrence, this has always been my place. Dana(owner), you're an amazing human. I've only seen him upset once(because of hoodlums stealing), and even then he was so nice. When someone cares about their business, employees and customers, it's evident. I've never seen a miserable employee (tired yes, but we're all humans). I've made some amazing laundry day buddies here. Even when customers are being not too civil, the employees here are always professional, full of good energy and always willing to help. I'm sorry for rambling but, thank you all. Thank you for your patience, presence, hospitality. There were a couple times where I went to wash and was at my lowest.. but a conversation with Scotty or Patty or any other employee, would brighten my day and remind me of the good that's still left on this planet. “I’ve came to this laundry mat a few times I love the cleanliness, the calm atmosphere, the staff that try their best to keep everything clean, and help others. Today I walked in and the place was trashed with everyone’s mess that they left behind including the bathroom. The community is given something nice and modern and people treat it with no care. Clean up after yourselves it’s not a day care.”

“This place is great for the busy folk who doesn't have a washer or dryer at home. The payment cards for the machines are very easy to load. There is a station and all you do is put the card in the slot and insert bills (1s, 5s, 10s, or 20s). There is even a vanity ATM there if you need cash. The people there are easy to talk to and they are fluent in Spanish. They have gumball machines, coffee, TVs, and even a massage chair to use while you wait. Machines are well kept and vary in size and price. If it is your first time, the cards only cost 3 dollars to purchase.”
