“Our first experience with Lan’s Lapels was great. Our washing machine broke and we weren’t expecting the new one to come in for a while. I dropped all of our laundry off on a Tuesday and it was delivered to me cleaned and folded that Thursday. The employees were very helpful and pleasant and my laundry was done - a big help that week.”

“Can't believe there aren't more reviews. I grew up in North Andover and my family always took thier items to Kim's. Even after I moved to Newton where there's a dry cleaner in every neighborhood, I've never found anyone as friendly, fast, affordable and who does as good a job as Kim's, and would often bring clothes with me because I worked nearby just to have them do my dry cleaning rather than in Newton. They also do great alterations.”
