“This is my go to pit stop when traveling in the area. It is right on Route 101, has ample free parking, a clean restroom with a diaper changing station, and friendly staff. Unlike the Starbucks in Philadelphia they do not care if you use the bathroom without buying anything. If I do happen to need a snack or something small I will get it while here, but prices are expensive as at all Hannaford's so you are better off doing your regular grocery trips at Market Basket.”

“This pharmacy is SO fast and professional. More often than not, the presciption(s) is/are filled before I get home from the doctor's office. Only once has something been out of stock, but it was obtained rapidly. One of the head pharmacist's was so kind to me when I mentioned the expense of a medication, she told me how to get a discount and it worked really well. Our family has also obtained vaccines there and found the process to be easy and efficient.”

“This CVS has been one of my favorite quick stops for years, and I've been ordering photos since 2018 because of the affordable/great quality prints they offer. The employees have always been incredibly kind, and welcoming. Today I went in to pick up photos, and realized I had only applied the 25% mobile discount to half my very large order (which was completely my fault), and I asked if there was anything they could do. Robin and Amy were so incredibly lovely, and helpful. They insisted it was no trouble, and that things like this happen all the time. They applied the discount, and were extremely reassuring that it was no trouble at all. I would recommend this Walgreens to anyone looking for photos/quick grab and go things, thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!!!”

“They were able to fill a medication that’s on back order at many other pharmacies, relatively quickly, and conveniently. But not only that, the store itself is absolutely darling and has such a great selection of everyday products, novelty items, accessories and gifts. If anyone in the Manchester area has ANYONE they may need to get a gift for, stop in and I guarantee you’ll find something amazing for them at this place. Great customer service as well.”

“I am in awe with the efficiency of this Rite Aid location and the 5 star customer service . I will drive well out of my way to take all of my prescription needs here. I am used to waiting hours for an antibiotic at other more local competitors, but the team on Mast Road had my daughter’s antibiotic filled before I even pulled out of urgent care. The night before a snow storm near closing, I spent less than 5 minutes in the drive through and that includes waiting for the antibiotic to be reconstituted. Everybody is just so friendly! My husband has also taken his prescriptions here and raves about how quick and pleasant the staff is.
And to those complaining about the store closing for lunch. I’m sorry to hear that it’s inconvenient for you. ER providers do take a lunch break, they just have other physicians to cover for them so they don’t have to close. There is often only one pharmacist working per shift, and they need to eat so they don’t make a mistake on your prescriptions, so plan your trip around it!
Thank you all for working so hard and working later and on weekends where so many other chains have cut these hours. We appreciate everything you do for us!”

“I was in the hospital all day from an allergic reaction... I got to Walgreens at 4:59 gave them my RX...they said they could not fill them until Tuesday because of the holiday...It was a steroid and an epi pen...I left my Rx cause I was exhausted from all the drug I got in the hospital...45 minutes late Gary the pharmacist called me and said COME AND GET THESE RX you need them...he stayed and filled my RX...Thank you Walgreens and Gary the pharmacist....I am forever grateful.”
“Had prescription transferred from another pharmacy due to it being out of stock. The nice lady rep from Walmart pharmacy took care of everything quickly and had it ready for pickup in a few hours. The other pharmacy was not much help.”

“The pharmacist himself was busy with a customer on the telephone, and the associate, a lady, was busy with another customer ahead of me. Neither had an opportunity to greet me, so your surgery on that part isn't adequate. You should have left a box for 'explanation' or other right after that "No, they did not greet me". If either had interrupted their present conversation to break off to speak with me, I would have thought negatively of both. Good Customer Service is taking care of the person, ALL the way, you are involved with, THEN, you move onto the next person. A hello may have been okay, however, for her, I was not in her line of sight nor his, to be fair, and that customers's husband, standing very close to the associate was pushing himself into the current conversation. She had. no opportunity to break off to greet me. .”

“My favorite location ! This store has had challenges staying fully staffed. The remaining employees are juggling the work of twice the usual manpower. Please be kind when shopping retail these days. The people who show up to work are there. Be mad at the ones who call in sick for no reason. Store is usually clean & well stocked.”

“FYI: as of April 10th 2024 there is no longer a citizens Bank. As of June 1st 2024 this location no longer does any Western Union services whatsoever. Also Redbox went bankrupt so that is no longer offered as of mid July 2024.
Overall it is a great store with friendly employees who for the most part are very helpful, and it is a open and brightly lit space. It's not nearly as crowded as some other Hannaford locations.”
