“I discovered Zeba shoes when I was about to have shoulder surgery and needed comfortable slip on shoes I wouldn’t have to deal with shoe laces. Zeba was perfect because I like sport athletic shoes with laces. Zeba made everything possible with very high quality. Been buying them ever since.”

“I ended up not buying shoes here because of the short return policy. I do like how you can run in them and still return for store credit or exchange. I ended up getting the same shoes elsewhere for the same price but all one color and a 30 day return policy. They have better options than the red rock here and the guy didn't make it too hard to return them despite some difficultly with receiving a refund with Apple Pay which is how I paid. I would buy the other shoes here I just wish they had a treadmill like the other running stores.”

Amy is so knowledgeable about the brand and told me they can take a size smaller and change the uppers to a new larger footbed for me! I never would’ve thought that was possible! “Priscilla was amazing. I didn't fall in love with anything in the store so she took out the books and helped me find exactly what I was looking for it and it was very helpful and friendly. Then because I wasn't sure of my size, she even ordered both sizes for me which she did not have to do and was extremely nice and very much appreciated. I absolutely recommend the store. They have a lot of really nice dresses in there for every occasion”
“I returned to the store having fit issues with my recent purchase ! After speaking with associate and manager which both went out of there way to get a proper fitting boot for me they traded in my old pair for a new correct size! I thoroughly enjoy the shopping experience with a hands on proper fit and feel environment! I have frequent this store annually just for this reason. I tell as many people as I can about this location and the manager who has gone out of his way to establish the customer relationships with having good employees and and welcoming environment”

“I came in here about 20 minutes before closing (awful I know) frantically looking for boots that I knew nothing about. Jonathan very quickly came to my assistance and patiently explained to me what I needed and why. He was very passionate about what he knew and was a huge help! He even looked at the shape of my feet and got me shoe inserts that he knew would save me from pain. I stand for 10+ hours a day on these inserts and I don’t feel a thing! “Hello there and i'm very excited to write this review today and hope it helps those interested in visiting.First off I have visited this store for many years and have been a frequent customer there for about a full year now. I can say with confidence that the store here at the Dark side sells amazing products from Bondage Gear, to Clothing for men and Women. I even got an amazing Pup Mask from them that still holds up very well to this day and is the best money I've ever spent.Granted I will admit that that there products may be pricey it is worth the money as I've tested and tried out various items available and can promise for sure that most of there products are worth buying. Even the staff and management are amazing and are very helpful for advice. I would highly recommend trying this store out and going in person to see for yourself.I write this as a current review from 03/06/2024.Love the store and look forward to future business down the road.”
“Michelle is a true pro!! She will help you get the best FIT for your feet. Really nice store, with Michelle as their long-term manager. My nearly 100-year-old Mom got a really great fitting pair of walking shoes that help her to stabilize better when using her walker.
She loves the shoes, and Michelle was able to not only fit her properly, but also explain why her other shoes didn't fit right because they were too big! We never guessed that was her problem. But Michelle got her to accept the shoes that fit her correctly. Big Win!!”
“I purchased a couture Delourier dress for my birthday. It was a special treat worth every penny. I've received a lot of complements on it. I appreciate its uniqueness and craftsmanship. I was told it was made from 18K gold plated chainmail. I was skeptical at first, but a local jeweler confirmed it was really 18K gold plated. The Delourier quality and customer service are superb and I plan on investing in a second dress very soon.”

“While I am a Brighton all things lover, I wanted something unique for my bestie and her 60th! I walked the plaza, in and out of stores, and then thought I need to go to Brighton. I arrived and was immediately greeted by employees and advised them I just want to browse. I was left alone to do just that. After about 30 minutes and going back and forth, I found the "Lady Liberty Necklace"! What a perfect gift for my friend who is also an immigrant, who loves this country as much as I do and who has acquired her doctorate of Education. I presented it to her at dinner with friends and she was speechless. The medallion was weighty, like a Roman coin, the detail and wording not only symbolic, but moving. It fit her perfectly and she removed her present necklace at the table and replaced it with the Brighton Lady Liberty. I smiled with joy and delight at her obvious love of this beautiful piece of jewelry. The employee Nadia had wrapped it delicately, provided the gift receipt and made this gift not only wonderful for the recipient but for the giver also.Of course I had to buy myself some beautiful sunglasses too and love the contemporary stylish look combined with the quality of Brighton. A definite win....win.”

Some restrictions apply like always ,for some reason knowing the bussy season only had 1 worker doing everything, helping customers and also cashiers, and he still managed to give us the attention and service , not many selections on shoes we where looking for ,but we did find something to go with us though,”

“Big store. Lots to choose from. Staff is very friendly and the checkout process is a breeze. Prices are a bit steep but then again, there are other brands that are just as expensive or more and not nearly as comfortable.
The only downside to this particular location is getting in and out of the parking Lots around there because it's Downtown Summerlin so there's a lot of drivers (not everyone) around there who think they're better than everyone else and have no intentions on waiting their turn and will block you in and couldn't care less.”
