“I had the best experience with Nancy. I called her late Friday afternoon needing a rush lab coat with logo and embroidery for my doctor. I asked her if she could get it done by Tuesday at the latest. She was on it!! She pushed through our logo Saturday morning to the company to get it digitized and then was texting with me to make sure the logo/colors were good and Tuesday morning got the logo and embroidery done. It was finished and ready for pickup Tuesday @ 12:30!! She and her team were fantastic!! Note for the owner of the company--Nancy is an A+ employee and so is Juan and the team. “I ended up not buying shoes here because of the short return policy. I do like how you can run in them and still return for store credit or exchange. I ended up getting the same shoes elsewhere for the same price but all one color and a 30 day return policy. They have better options than the red rock here and the guy didn't make it too hard to return them despite some difficultly with receiving a refund with Apple Pay which is how I paid. I would buy the other shoes here I just wish they had a treadmill like the other running stores.”

“I told the young lady what I was doing what kind of event and she really put effort into finding me something I liked even though I kept refusing everything either because of the price because I was probably only going to wear this thing one time. But mostly because of limited style selection to the store in Vegas. Meaning two things they were bought out most of their good stuff already and hasn't gotten restocked or store general manager doesn't keep the store properly facilitated or stocked but the service was absolutely some of the best I've ever seen that men's dressing stores I've been to lately.”
“The staff we ran into in this Under Armour were excellent! They are all friendly & helpful. Caesar who helped us was EXCEPTIONAL! I would never expect a staff to do that much to a customer for a pair of 50% off shoes. First, he went to the back & couldn't find my husband's size. Then searched to see if any close by stores may have. When he found it's listed available in the south premium outlet, he called to make sure they really have the size, as listed available & really available are 2 different things he said. When found out that south premium store actually don't have, he offered to help us look in Under Armour website to see if size is available. Then assisted us to place order online to have the shoes to be delivered to our home. What more can you ask for from a staff? I wanted to leave this comment to the management to commend Caesar but can't find their contact. So just want to leave comment in Yelp to recognize Caesar and the other staff in this store! “Needed hiking boots. Took me a bit to find the boot section and annoyed by the two people I asked pushing a credit card on me. The service in the shoe department wasn't stellar but I knew what I needed and found the appropriate boots. The selection was good and quality boots don't need to be pricey.”
