“I only found this place about a half a year ago but I love it. It just recently changed hands after the previous owner and his wife retired. Anyone wavering on going because of the reviews on here needn't worry. That being said, the previous owner and his wife weren't the type of store clerks to throw themselves at your feet but I for one prefer this over the too eager, "can I help you" every 3 seconds type. I've never witnessed them being unfriendly or unhelpful.
And their lovely dog was the absolute best part of every time I went there!
And regarfless, new owner(s) as of recently. If the place had to switch owners it's seems like it couldn't be anyone better!”

“I had some items shipped to this store but wasn't a mailbox holder. I knew there would be a charge for them to receive it and hold it for me until I was able to get over there and pick it up. The service I received was exceptional from Andrea and Delilah. They watched for my shipment because I gave them my tracking numbers in advance and they contacted me when the order was delivered to their store. I highly recommend this store. Thank you very much.”
“My move was flawless from the day I sent in a request for a quote to the the day I pulled the trailer door closed after my furniture was offloaded. Customer service that surpassed the highest of expectations. Timeliness that was consistently consistent. A person that I could go to and did. Over the 2200 plus miles and many days that Estes Sure move had my "stuff" they were available and accommodating. “This place is always insanely busy. However, the people who work there are amazing. Efficient, friendly.
As of writing this, they are very short staffed. I'm in there a lot and I think they only have 4 people who work the front total. That's TOTAL. I've been in there and people have complained loudly like it will do something. Remember these are people and not machines and they maybe need lunch breaks and to go home eventually?
Regardless, still amazing. Everyone who works there is so very patient with every customer. You guys are rock stars.”
“Fantastic location ample parking. Staff, at this UPS service locations are exceptional. You can rent mail boxes, photocopy fax, or ship and receive. Certified copies door to door. They receive parcels and also deliver parcels and have supplies for you to mail out your packages. Thank you, Angela for the top shelf service ? you have exceptional knowledge of the system and know how to get a package from a to b successfully.”

“We we t to get our passports because the webpage was not working to set up an appointment. We were told that they take 4 walk ins every Tuesday, Wednesday and friday morning only. You get a number and have to return from 3 to 4pm to do the process.”
