“I only found this place about a half a year ago but I love it. It just recently changed hands after the previous owner and his wife retired. Anyone wavering on going because of the reviews on here needn't worry. That being said, the previous owner and his wife weren't the type of store clerks to throw themselves at your feet but I for one prefer this over the too eager, "can I help you" every 3 seconds type. I've never witnessed them being unfriendly or unhelpful.
And their lovely dog was the absolute best part of every time I went there!
And regarfless, new owner(s) as of recently. If the place had to switch owners it's seems like it couldn't be anyone better!”

“We really like this store! Yes, it's conveniently located, with lots of parking. Yes, they have a good selection of products and services. But mostly, YES, they have some attentive and knowledgeable staff. Today, we stopped in to do an Amazon return and were helped by such a friendly associate who also works in printing services. She's assisted us in the past when we printed a huge poster. Next, we checked out their chairs--my husband found one he really liked which was offered at a super sale price. Their associate, Antonino, helped us again on this visit by telling us about the weekly deals and special discounts; the way we can use the Staples app for price matching; and basically how to get the best pricing and rewards points. Omg, we ended up buying a great gaming chair and a Thomasville corner desk which is perfect for my sewing/craft room. and we saved HUNDREDS. When you walk in and someone asks if you need help, let them help you--they are really interested in providing customer service. “I’ve been coming here for years because of work. This place has its peak times but the workers are always working through each customer. Almost always greeting me even though I try to rush in and out of there. I’ve never caught any of their names til today. Evie, Sam and others have been nice to me. Evie will even go out of her way to help and make sure my packages are all there or even answer any questions. I won’t go into any details about myself, but being treated with kindness goes a long way for me and to the folks at this store, thank you. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed.”

“Wow this place is popular. It is always busy no matter what time of day I go. Staff is always nice and friendly. They have mailing supplies like seasonal holiday padded envelopes. I like how your emailed receipt let's you click the link to track your package. Super convenient.”
