“The Greenmail folks are kind and neighborly, much more "human" than the UPS stores in the area (avoid the grumpies at the T&C UPS store). They go out of their way to be helpful, and it's family owned and operated. Great service!”

“The workers here were very helpful when the systems were a little slow. They provided good advice for me to return a warranty claim without having to pay for anything.”

“Had a recent easy-peasy Amazon return drop-off. In and out in less than a minute. Plus they handle my Chairish Drop-Off-and-Go orders. These take a bit more time, but they get the job done and the items (often large and/or breakable) arrive in perfect condition.”

“Only been here once, Sat 2/24, and was impressed. Arrived with my huge return box and forgot my label! The guy at the counter assured me I could try emailing it to their store email. I tried and that didn’t work - ran into an Amazon pw wall. He suggested I try again directly sending it from Amazon. I tried that several different ways to no avail, and was about to give up and go home and return with the label. He offered to look at it, and patiently navigated all the screens to get it done. Voila. I was already late to my nephew’s party and I was so grateful for this guy’s kindness - I ended up getting to my nephew’s event at the perfect time. It was my screw up and he made it all work. Thanks y’all.”

“Came here to mail something across the country. The post office is tucked away in building 6 and you have to enter through a back entrance. Luckily I had asked another employee where to go and gave me a tip that it was in a building that looked like it wasn't open (haha). Once I was in the building, the signs were super helpful. The post office itself was small but it had everything you needed. The woman working there, Thu, was super helpful and even helped me figure out what box to use in order to save the most money. She even helped me with packaging too. Overall great service and I'm glad I am close to here for any mailing needs. Avoids the usual long lines for sure. FYI: there are no self kiosks so you will need to wait. However, it doesn't seem like a very busy office to begin with.”

“The drop location is inside Walgreens, at their photo center. The employee promptly recognized and accepted my package, scanned it, confirmed it is a new address label and offered me to receive a receipt via email or text. Courteous and efficient.”

“The drop box is at the entrance of the Stanford Medical School Office Building. From what I can tell, it seems to be the only one in the area. As of this posting, "last pick-up time" is at 4pm. Hope this info helps.”

“Been here a few times and have never had any issues using their services. The staff have always been helpful and respectful, even though sometimes they seem like they don't want to people. I totally understand because I don't like peopling a lot. They have always provided me with solidly reliable mailing services. The architecture looks like it's the original building for whatever it used to be. Parking can be difficult because they are downtown with limited street parking. They do have the 30-minute limited parking in the front, which I've lucked out on being available a couple times.”

“Fast service, courteous staff, clean store containing a self service kiosk proving a convenient alternative to the full service counter. I was in and out within two minutes, even though I was third in line.”

“This company has the best, easiest to use automation software I’ve found. I used a couple others and they were not so automated. With teapplix I can print hundreds of labels per day in about 30 minutes where competitors I’ve used it would have still taken me all day. Customer service is pretty good over all. It’s occasionally hard to get someone on the phone but more than not you will get someone on the first call. I have been using this service for about 7 years now and have no desire to ever change. I’ll be with teapplix for many more years to come.”
