“You can drop off USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL here. No running around to multiple stores with your returns! What's even better, though, is that the manager knew that if I wanted to return a piece of clothing to a European store, he had to complete triplicate forms for customs. At another provider, they were just going to let me drop it off. Highly recommend Post 'N More -- it's under new ownership, so they're waiting to get their LiveScan approved, a very lengthy process through the gov't for them.”

“The best UPS location. Jannie and Helen are both very helpful. However, there is no parking spaces nearby. Only two or three on street parking in front of the store which are always occupied. You can park behind the store right at the corner, there are at least 5 spaces. Anyway, it doesn't bother me.”

“This is a smaller sized post office is on a street that has local restaurants, salons, and professional offices. It's cozy and there are angled parking spots available (no meters) that is prone to tickets if you try to do a u-turn on that street.With a smaller branch comes the warm familiarity when doing services there enough times (think Cheers where everyone knows your name and how your family is doing) and it's a nice change of pace in an otherwise bustling area.The post service clerks are all very friendly and you may even get the angry (but loving) Asian scolding if you choose the unnecessarily expensive box to mail your items. This happened to me once and I was highly amused and appreciative that she was able to save me money by helping me choose a different USPS mailer. (To me, the boxes and types all seem the same, yikes!)Environment wise, this post office is on the older side. It is clean though, and well maintained. When you enter the front door, there are rows of po boxes you can rent and on the left there are another set of doors if you need direct service (i.e. mailing, submit a form to a real person). P.S. This post office a pokestop! There are also a number of stops at the street corners on either direction.”

“My last mailbox was at a UPS store, and it could not have been more problematic, losing packages, delivering other people's packages to me, etc. (this is serious, for a business). No such issues with Paul and his colleagues, though they are fewer in number by far per customer, from what I can see. That speaks to character (it really does). I'm not surprised that when I pulled up this page, to leave a review, I see that the last negative was six years ago, and it's not clear that the person leaving it was even an existing client. I work in an industry where notary and snail mail are still a thing and I have trusted this store for the last 5 years to take care of all of my needs. Specifically with my notary needs I cannot afford to have any mistakes at all. The customer service here exceeds most other UPS stores that I generally use, so when I am in the area I make sure to leverage them when I need to. Would highly recommend this location to anyone for all of their business needs as the CX is second to none.”

“Jessica in store #1433 went WAY above and beyond to help me solve a problem. I was shipping 4 boxes of returns to Zappo's in the same 4 boxes I'd received the items in, but Zappo's had only provided me with one label. Jessica explained that each box had to have a unique label. I called Zappo's from the UPS store and was on the phone with them for over an hour as they tried to figure out how to produce 4 labels. Jessica allowed Zappo's to email the labels to the store. She took the time to repeatedly refresh the store email looking for the labels. When they wouldn't come thru on the store email, she gave out her personal email. Zappo's required that each box be opened & the contents listed to them over the phone. Jessica opened all the boxes and lent me tape to tape them up again. She was the epitome of customer service and problemsolving -- and, mind you, this was on a busy Saturday during Christmas season!”

“I stopped in for passport-like photos shortly before close (international drivers license). Frank and team were quick, took a shot that worked, and I was in and out - easy! They were courteous and attentive to the several customers in the shop. Where they went the extra mile: helping me get digital photos for a family member printed. Two digital sets were sent to them, neither perfect (shadows etc). Frank edited and was able to produce a print that was noticeably better than what we sent. No up charge, just solid service.
