I had been looking all over the place to just get 1 or 2 boxes (both with awkward dimensions) for some personal items that I needed to ship. It was either impossible to find them or would cost me an arm and a leg. I contacted Chris and he made those custom boxes for me with no questions asked. Super professional and helpful. “Ms. Selena was a wonderful helper today, we had a problem with our TV and shipping it back. Today with Ms. Selena we had to do plenty of measurements, taping and re-taping, but while that was all happening Ms. Selena stayed focus and worked with us, doing it whatever she had to do to make sure we got our TV shipped back to the company. While we were working everything out, Ms. Selena started to understand our problem and everything became easier and easier along the way. So to finish off this long letter, I would like to say that Ms. Selena and her other associates that helped with our TV situation were the best helpers we've ever had while being at UPS. Don't wrap it, don't package it, just bring it and they do everything for you and it's extremely reasonable.I've brought unusually shaped parts of material from work that needed to be shipped across the country. Box Bros package it up and give you a quote right there. And it's usually cheaper than going to FedEx or UPS directly (unless you have an account) because they pass some of the savings from their shipping power to you.I purchased an electric scooter for my mom along with the stand that mounts on the back of the car a couple years ago I took it up to Box Bros and they built a box on a pallet and shipped it out freight. I think the whole thing shipping from Vegas to Michigan was under $200 and that included them building the custom shipping container.This place rocks and the employees are always nice and helpful.”

Nick Ley, the assistant manager, was instrumental in helping me make arrangements for a freight delivery for a large event at the Marquee. Corey used to be my go to guy but unfortunately he left but the service is still as good. Prices are reasonable, cheaper than other UPS Stores when trying to send the exact same item to the same place. It can get busy and it's a small store with 1 of 2 employees so have some patience and don't get all frustrated for nothing.”
