Don't buy phones or negotiate contracts at these local businesses. You're better off dealing with the phone company directly. Because the sales people are paid off of commission, and there's no punishment when the deal is wrong. Or the deal is not true. You get stuck with the wrong deal.
These guys were constantly trying to sneak in. Extra payments and extra fees that I wanted removed, and they did it for months.”
“Both Jeff and Sai Quan were super helpful! They both took the time to go over different plans and explained in detail what those plans offered. They were very understanding of my situation and offered ideas to troubleshoot my phone network issue. Jeff helped switch my sim card to a E-sim card which was very considerate even if we knew it wouldn't work for my phone. I would highly recommend talking to either Jeff or Sai Quan for the best customer service and promotion deals/plans!!!”

I took my phone to this store this morning expecting the worst,
after leaving another store where ( if you break it they will fix it )
And their estimate was outrageous,
This people found the issue and fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price,
For now in this will be the store where I will be taking my phones/electronics if I ever have an issue again ,

And instead of charging me for new equipment, he took my number and made some calls to see what he could do and within a few hours he got back to me and my internet was back on .no extra charge .
