“What can I say about ARIANA. What am amazing customer service representative she is. I purchased my husband the IPhone 14Pro for Father’s Day but we had to resort to inputting all his contacts individually bcs the first representative told him he cannot transfer contacts from the old Motorola to the iPhone. I did not accept that LIE so I took the phone back to ATT and Ariana assured me it could be done and she did it without hesitation and it was after her shift was over. This Angel stayed with us until all the data from the old phone was completely transferred and linked our share location and share plans. We appreciated her kindness during this entire process and wanted to tip her cash but she refused . Thank you Ariana you are truly a jewel to ATT”

I took my phone to this store this morning expecting the worst,
after leaving another store where ( if you break it they will fix it )
And their estimate was outrageous,
This people found the issue and fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price,
For now in this will be the store where I will be taking my phones/electronics if I ever have an issue again ,
