“Getting a new phone is always a daunting task but it was time. I walked in about 2pm a few days before Christmas and figured it would be busy. I was very fortunate that it wasn't and I was helped instantly. Unfortunately I am someone who doesn't always delete everything from their phone which meant I was going to be there a bit. Nathan didn't judge once and helped me through the process. He showed me the different options for phones and then talked to me about the selection they had. He also talked about the memory and price and the value of deals they had. The experience was 5 star and I will send others to this location as well. I was truly impressed with how easy it was!”

“I wandered into this store on my way to work after a promo email planted the idea of upgrading my phone. I was underprepared, didn't know what I wanted, and had a ton of questions the internet probably would have answered for me if only I'd bothered to ask. But let's be honest, sometimes you need the kind of assistance that only a storefront can provide. I was greeted warmly upon entering, the store was tidy, and my wait was short. Total best case scenario. Now, I am utterly tech-silly and asked every question under the sun- twice, changed my mind last minute, asked for print outs of everything, and still came back 4 days later (with multiple overstimulated kids who would rather be at a playground) just to be sure I had all the details straight... They had the patience of Saints. Josh explained everything to me in a clear, concise way, and handled the entire interaction with a level of candor I really wish more people understood. Another gentleman (who's name unfortunately eludes me at the moment) was able to aid me in efficiently finalizing my trade-in... All while my children planned a Lord of the Flies magnitude takeover of said storefront. Seriously, y'all were wonderful even when it wasn't easy and that speaks volumes. Thank you so much for everything.”

“Thom was OUTSTANDING! He helped us switch out if a terrible predatory verizon wireless plan. Paid off 1000 dollars remaining on our two phones, transferred the service to T Mobile. Instead of paying 300-400 dollars a month, we are now only paying a bit over 200 a month - and that includes Free Netflix, two new apple watches (one big and one small), comprehensive phone protection plan (that replaces phone for only 99 dollars!), high speed internet (meaning i don’t pay ridiculous 80 dollars a month with Cox for terrible connectivity all months every night), unlimited texts and data. Taxes included. We are more than happy. Thom stayed 45 minutes past through the store close time to take great care of us. He was highly informative, very pleasant, extremely diligent, and very professional. He should get a big promotion and pay raise in 2024. He is a great asset to T Mobile. When accounting for all the savings, Thom with T Mobile is saving is 150-200 dollars a month with a LOT more features and two apple watches. Pay half the price as Verizon Wireless and get thrice or 4 times as much in return. I would very highly recommend both Thom and T Mobile. Dan, Thom’s colleague, was also very pleasant, professional, helpful, and stayed long. We recommend him as well, though our entire transaction was done with Thom.- Dr Vatsal B Patel, MD, MBA, DABR.”

“I went into Metro on July 12th. I was a hot mess!! The day prior going into Metro, one of the phone agents messed everything up, it was a complete $h!t show! From the minute I walked into the store on Green Valley Pkwy Irene was AWESOME!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB, WHEN NO ONE WANTED TO HELP US, SHE DID! “I'm happy to report that I had a very productive and successful trip here today.My dad decided that it was time to upgrade his phone, so I initially took him to the Verizon on Lake Mead in Henderson earlier in the afternoon. They were a Victra store, which is an authorized retailer. More to the point, they only had one employee trying to juggle a gaggle of customers.We then opted to try this store, which we'd passed multiple times going down Sunset over the years. It's next to Harold's Chicken, which was formerly PizzaRev. Inside, it's more official-looking and had 5 or 6 employees working, with one of them named Jake warmly greeting us.We stated our intent to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S22 because there was a $350 discount available for it on that phone line. After accessing the account to find the offer, he told us that they only had the purple color of that phone in stock, which we okayed. He informed us that it would cost $9.72 monthly, which I did have to clarify was for 36 months and then calculated out to equal the correct post-discount price. He also charged us an upfront cost which comprised the sales tax (pre-discount) and a $35 upgrade fee, and he provided us with the printed receipt.Now for the buried lede: after he activated the new phone, we also requested that he transfer contacts/photos/texts/etc. from the old phone to the new phone. Jake was extremely helpful working the old phone screen, which had suffered water damage to the screen. However, he was able to play around with it and get the transfer going via the Samsung Smart Switch app. He was going to charge $30 for the service, but he ended up waiving the fee because the transfer was taking a long time and the store was closing soon. This felt like an above and beyond moment.He also helped us with some account changes. We inquired about the unlimited data plans and decided to upgrade to the least costly "Unlimited Welcome" plan after he said that it'd only be $5 more monthly. We also asked where the paperless billing statements were being sent. He was able to show us the email address, as well as change the email address to a preferred alternative.Overall, it was a far better experience than we'd feared. I'm so glad that there's a viable in-person Verizon option considering that Costco has abandoned their old wireless service third-party retailer and the local warehouse only offers T-Mobile.”

“I love Target but I don't always love their prices....lol I went in here this AM hoping to score some great Christmas clearance items....but no such luck! Believe it or not I actually had better luck @ Big Lots a few stores down from here. There were some random set ups here & there with clearance Xmas items on them through out the store but they were pretty much bare. I went to the Xmas products & found some stuff on clearance. One area had a sign saying 70% off. I thought WOW that's awesome!! There were pillows, candles, little decorative trees & some other random stuff. Well come to find out they were NOT 70% off. A customer had picked out a few things & went & scanned them to check the prices & found out that they were not coming up 70% off so she said something to an associate & she told her that the items were actually 30% off & changed the signs. That customer put all her stuff back & once I checked the prices of my stuff all mine went back on the shelves too! That was pretty crappy. Get it together Target associates! I then went & found another aisle that said 70% off. The items I picked out were actually 70% off so I grabbed a few things. Fuzzy socks, dogs PJ's & this cute Christmas count down. I basically went here just for the Christmas clearance stuff. Store was neat & organized. Food area was well stocked. My cashier was very nice. She sympathized with me when I told her the ordeal myself & another customer had.”

“I went in there yesterday to get a tablet near closing time and it was a Hispanic sales rep guy I'm looking at my receipt and it says sales rep number ****364 but I don't remember his name. He was absolutely awesome had the tablet brought from another store and assisted me with so many other things including prepaid that I set up for a friend that's less fortunate of mine that I wanted to help out. So he was awesome and he was also pretty cute too pretty damn cute lol so anyway I recommend the store and it's employees. The manager didn't seem like he was too friendly but I used to work at Sprint and that's how the all the managers were so that's nothing new that's pretty much why I quit anyway because of the managers. Anyway the guy that helped me was superb and like I said super cute I hope he does really well because he deserves it.”

“Don’t bother with all the other locations. Most are all just resellers that can’t do anything to help you. I came in with a mess, from my online phone order to the reseller locations and the phone support screwing my account up.Dan took care of me. Super nice, calm and helpful guy! Even though I was stressed and mad after an hour on the phone with Verizon. He understood and he fixed everything they messed up.Highly recommend!Thanks again Dan, I truly appreciate your help!”
