“I looked on the boost mobile website for a place near me and it sent me to two locations that did not exist. So I called and got the address for this location (6700 Laurel Canyon.) There was accessible parking and although there was only one person working she quickly and efficiently helped the people that were already there when I arrived. Janeth is wonderful she is very knowledgeable and made the switch to a new phone effortless. I definitely recommend this particular location but only because Janeth is there. She is an asset to Boostmobile. I hope they keep her.”

“What good is a smart phone if it doesn't work properly? Well mine does now thanks to Gary...I had to do a factory restore on my unlocked galaxy. I use simple mobile as my provider. so I called the store to find out that they were a authorized retailer, and yes they are. My problem was that I needed my browser restored because at this point all my phone was good for was text and calls. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Gary. I told him what my problem was and handed him my phone . I told him my phone number and he got right to work on it. Less than five minutes later my phone was smart again. So I asked Gary how much I owed him for his service and he said there's no charge! Wow... That kind of service service deserves a good yelp review...”

“I have to tell you, this is the first time where I feel like I have had a really positive and personal experience going into a T-Mobile store. Richard and Tona (I believe) we're exceptionally personal and kind. Even as the pandemic and protesting are going on, they both still made me feel special and valued. I had an issue with my phone not getting reception and without any hesitation they tested my phone and decided that it needed to be replaced(through insurance). I came in a few days later when the phone arrived to the store not sure what to expect from a customer service standpoint and I was amazed to see the same great customer service was continued. They made me feel very comfortable and connected to me personally. They got to know me as a person and made the process so easy and quick. Thank you for the great service. This is my store of choice and I encourage others to go in and experience the great customer service I experienced. Good job everyone!”

It wasn't until afterwards I found out it was his first day! Kinda disappointed that Target sent an employee out on the floor right away with no one visibly training them, but I would've never guessed because Alfonso helped keep an almost super stressful situation under control”
