“My name is Connie Morrison. I am using my friends ' phone to post my gratitude for the help I received yesterday from Richard. He helped me with a new phone charger and a new charger for my Apple watch. I also purchased a new tablet and he was very helpful in walking me through the instructions.
Unfortunately neither of my chargers were working correctly so I returned to the same store this afternoon. I wasn't able to speak with Richard today, however, I was introduced to Matthew James and he took care of everything I needed and took the time to explain my new chargers. He made sure these were working before I left the store. I also purchased a cover for the new tablet and once again he walked me through the instructions and showed me all the nice features.
I was in a rush yesterday so I didn't really give Richard enough time to explain things. I am extremely impressed with both young men and I hope you are proud of the great job they both do. I can tell they are happy employees. Thank you”
“If I had been set up with what I was actually after I may have given 5 stars. The girl that helped me was nice enough but was not listening to what I was saying. She wanted to sell me the expensive phones which I told her I could not do. I paid off the phone I had and was adding 2 more lines. She talked me into 3 more lines. Total of 4 lines. There are only 3 of us in the household.. I told her I needed just the cheapest phones I could get as I had limited funds. When she was done choosing things I didn't want she wanted $750 what??? I didn't have that much money on me. What part of cheap didn't she understand?? I was on line and know they have what I was looking for not according to her. I ended up going to Walmart and purchasing an AT&T phone for $80. That's what I was talking about. The at&t store lost my sale because the sales clerk didn't listen to my needs.”

I switched from android to iPhone and she was so patient with meThere is no upselling even though I got my screen protector, block and phone case there, she took her time and transferred all my apps etc to my new phone. I did the transaction over the phone with an agent and picked up in store an hour later at this location. I also did a trade in and got my iPhone 15 for free and kept my plan which is now $65 monthly.”

Serena was so helpful helping me set up my new Apple ID and best of all she showed me how to use it! Ahree Carnes you should book an appointment with her so she can show you how to use your new phone too. Shai Lacreshia looks like you were the individual who stormed off because there were people ahead of you, I was there that day and leaving false reviews for such a great location shows what type of person you are. This location was extremtly profesional and store was clean. I'm definitely switching my Family over from AT&T.”
