During the repair, Johnny took the time to tune-up a few things he thought could be better and he refused to let me pay extra for the additional time.
After picking up my vehicle, it drove better than it has in years. He fixed a vibration that no one else could and the new brakes are rock-solid. He has worked with me in scheduling and Avery aspect of my repair and service needs. I have confidently recommended him to friends and family who were in need of a reliable , fair and professional mechanic. I have had him advise me remotely when I was gettin the runaround from a mechanic in Barstow when I had a sudden break down. He always lays out the entire job and prioritizes the "need nows" vs the "concerns" that will have to be addressed at a later time. I had a rear door lock on my 2015 Odyssey that had become a royal nuisance in that it would freeze up and become inspirational during cold weather. I had them look at it and agreed to the repair. The original part was no longer available but they secured a replacement and now I can enjoy seamless operation of the door. I strongly recommend Sansones Automotive for all of your repair and service needs.”

“I made a horrible mistake while adding coolant to my vehicle... I had to have it towed on a Saturday morning to the service station. Miles was the service advisor thst assisted me and let me know it was a busy Saturday morning and my car probably wouldn't get on a rack until Monday, which I totally understood.
A few hours later, Miles called to let me know that they were not only able to look at it, but it was repaired and it was ready to go!!!
So happy with the super fast turn around as well as the incredibly professional service I received. There was no pressure on the recommended repairs the tech pointed out and I have my baby home where she belongs.... with me!

“This is a great place to bring your import vehicle. I've brought my Hyundai here twice and received excellent customer service. The first time was to get some overall maintenance done. Timing belt replaced, transmission fluid changed, and something else I cannot remember. One thing I did notice is that my car was making a weird thunking noise every now and then afterwards, but I wasn't too concerned about it. It has since stopped. I brought it in a second time to get the AC serviced and they discovered the entire AC needed to be replaced. I was extremely happy with the fact that despite the time and fluid they spent on it, they didn't charge me a dime. For that reason, when I can get my AC replaced, I will be coming back here. The guy that works the front (I wish I remembered his name) is always so friendly and honest. He really makes coming to see a mechanic less stressful. You do not feel like you're just being fed BS and that you're going to get ripped off. They truly care about their customers here.”

“Sonny's is amazing!! My sister needed her car fixed after it had been sitting for some time. It is an older Jaguar and she was told over and over that the parts would be impossible and all repairs would be too much. Why she was scared to have it properly looked at. I looked up and found Sonny's who had the best reviews and decided to send her there. They were great. They took the car in and kept it in good care till the needed parts came in. Which required dedicated searching and time. They checked in after the car was done and picked up. Best thing of it all they were very affordable and very communicative via each step. “They diagnosed CEL light on my F350 and fixed the truck quickly. Especially, since they had to fix Gaudin Ford’s poor and unethical maintenance repair. Gaudin used wood screws to assemble the DEF Sending / Heater Assembly Unit. Gaudin had also crushed the vent assembly to the unit.”
