“These guys are unreal good! I rented a skid steer for a job and pinched a tire. The rental company wanted to charge me some unreal price. I called Hector which was extremely easy. He listen to everything that happened and didn't try to over sell me which was nice. Everybody else I called wanted to do a brand new tire that would end up costing more than the rental he ended up finding me a tire that was perfect. The rim is bent, and he fix that no charge, and had me going again the same day. I ended up keeping the skid steer for a few more days and the guys ended up pinching another tire. Luckily, I was able to get it onto the trailer and get it to my house. Hector sent the field guy out. Leandro who is also extremely easy going as well. He did the tire right there on my trailer. It was done so quick. I was able to go back out to the job site within an hour. These are the guys you want to deal with. I deal with tons of people on a daily basis, especially in construction end. I can't tell you how nice it was to find these guys! Unreal fast and more importantly they felt my worry about the rims and just handled it. Pricing was extremely fair. Call these guys. They are ridiculously good!”
“I had bad experience with bad attitude from the girl at the counter to a tech not putting on a lug nut and sending me home with one missing lug nut on my tire. I was very upset because I have kids that ride in the car and when I felt my tire shaking on the freeway I pulled over and checked my tires and when I did I saw there was a nut missing of my tire. I had just got my tires rotated at Pepboys so I knew it was them . I was very upset for putting my wife and kids in danger so I went in very upset but left completely happy and the only reason was because of the Manger named Randy he quickly addressed the problem talked to me and my and re assured us he would be fixing the situation and talking to everyone about not letting this happen again . I personally saw him check my tires and had the tech balance all my tires and check all bolts to make sure there was no stripping again I want to thank Randy the manager for being professional and understanding of the situation and de escalating the situation. Randy your amazing and thank you for taking care of the problem because of him he's the only reason I will continue to do business with Pepboys”

“Went for my usual oil change & found out Corey was no longer there..He was promoted, so congratulations. However the customer service is now lacking, it was noted I needed an air filter & Corey would have asked if I wanted it changed, which I would have done. So the store lost an extra sale. The manager stayed in his office most of the time & was not very welcoming. Plus, I got charged for using my Visa debit when the sign said I wouldn't. The store front is filthy, the windows are so dirty as well. I have always liked going to this location, but since the manager is new & a bit overwhelmed, I will hang tight and see what happens on my next visit”
