“I live in California but took a special trip to Las Vegas to buy my Volvo S60 Recharge from Findlay Volvo. A large part of that decision was due to the prompt response and wonderful service that I received from Caroline James-Palmore. Caroline has the superb talent of knowing just when and how often to check in with a customer without making them feel nagged or neglected. She delivered the most personal sales service I have ever experienced at a car dealership, all from a different state. I ultimately chose Findlay Volvo above several dealerships in California despite the added inconvenience of obtaining a car from a different state because Caroline made me feel I was more than just another car sale, and the entire dealership was fully transparent during the cost negotiations.They also made it easy for me to pick up the car on my schedule. I could have had it shipped for cheaper but I made the trip because I looked forward to meeting them, and of course having a little fun in Las Vegas at the same time. The pickup was also seamless; the paperwork was ready and I spent a good hour going through the orientation of the car, which was a pleasure.Post pickup included registering the car in California, and again Findlay made the process very painless. Caroline responded to my text questions without hesitation even after the sale process had concluded.I would 100% buy/lease my next Volvo from Findlay. I encourage you to check out their inventory if you are interested in a Volvo; they have the best selection of cars on the west coast. Finally, the Volvo S60 plug in hybrid is an INCREDIBLE car, the drive back to California was so comfortable and powerful that even my husband who drives Porsches is considering a Volvo for his next car!”

“Old school service with a friendly smile.This was the third mechanic shop I had stopped by today and the only one that even acknowledged me.I was immediately greeted and they carefully listened to what I needed done with the car.They fixed everything needed to turn my "Needs Maintenance" light off and checked my fluids and refilled them without me even asking.The bill was so low I was literally in shock, and when I came back to pick up my car (that same day) I couldn't believe how clean their shop was.Every day, they clean up the entire shop at the end of the day to get ready for the next.Who does that anymore?!?I was treated with nothing but respect, and I can't wait to do business with them again.P.S. “I have driven MINI Coopers for almost 20 years. Finding reliable and accurate service for a Mini outside of the dealership has been a complete nightmare the majority of this time. From parts installed incorrectly, other parts that were broken by repair shops, to cars just left sitting in various states of disrepair for weeks while other companies sat on them and did nothing...MINI Cooper repair has just been a nightmare.The Car and Truck Guys is the exact opposite of everything I just described. I requested an appointment online, about 24 hours later my appointment was scheduled for one of the two times I requested. When I brought the car in (brake wear pad light on) they were punctual, honest, told me they would diagnose the problem within the hour....and then they did....and not only did they not try to hose or rob me, the diagnosis and repair was cheaper and less than I expected it to be both in cost and severity. They didn't have the parts in the morning, but they had the parts by the afternoon and the MINI was correctly and reliably repaired and ready to go before the store closed that evening. I've never experienced anything like this before. Great, honest, solid company and good people. Fast, reliable service done correctly and at a fair price that intentionally kept the price low for the customer. Almost unheard of anymore. We will be back.”

“this is the 2nd time I've used this establishment, I love this place, it's easy to miss, but you will never go anywhere else once you've had your vehicle serviced here. I've taken my daughter's car here twice, and both times we got great service, and great deals on the price. the first time we took it the guy told me he wouldn't charge me if they couldn't fix it, It turned out no parts needed replacing but they did take the time to modify the part, he only charged me labor, and it was a great deal, the 2nd time was nearly a year later, he remembered me and my daughter, he even remembered her major, and remembered I was a veteran and gave me a discount on the repair, diagnostic and all 3 motor mounts for $1100. Unfortunately, we have to move out of state. Tell your friends, that this place is the diamond in the rough. 10 stars”
