A few people I know have had positive experiences.It's a busy place. Each time I've had long wait times. Up to hours. Whether there were appointments or not. Be sure to make an appointment and have a ride pick you up or, bring a book along to read or listen to. It seems there's a tendency to over promise.Free coffee, popcorn and entertainment. “I didn't use their service however because it was a weekend (afterhours). However their customer service was still great in helping me find a tire service that could help me. I couldn't use them simply cause they don't take credit card payments after hours. So I give 4 stars for the help they gave me.”

There was a store in Grand Island, Nebraska nearby.The salesperson, Michael TS, employee713, was able to repair my tire and get me on the road again within 30 minutes.Very thankful for the help of him and his staff.
