“Hats of one of nicest people of group in town. Had a minor collision damage on my Monday Accord 2010 while relocating for a job in California. They not only helped me with the estimate but also courteous enough to make sure I get a rental and accommodation ( they were in middle of harvest festival, so no rooms and car rental).They then made sure that I am dropped at the airport too, next day and took care of most of my worries regarding my car.Thanks for everything.✌️??”

“Just had a bunch of work done on my truck recently. Got my truck home and boom first check engine light ever came on. Called them the next day when they opened. As soon as I got the words “check engine light came on” out of my mouth they asked if I could get in there asap. Ended up not being a big issue what so ever, and they resolved the issue quickly and pain free for me. However they STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK! “I was traveling across the country to a funeral when I stopped in Grand Island for the night. I woke up to a vehicle that would not start. I contacted Street Motive and they recommended a tow company and I had it towed to their shop. Mike told me he could have it done by the end of the day, Unfortunately I didn't have the time to stay and wait for the repair so I rented a car and continued on my trip. I told Mike that Id be passing though the following Sunday and if there was any way I could pick it up then. I hated asking for them to come in on a Sunday but I was in desperate need to get home. Mike said he'd make sure someone was around on Sunday to meet me. I met Mike at the agreed upon time and he handed me my keys on a Sunday morning. The work was complete and my car was back on the road. Huge shout out to these guys at Street Motive. The work performed was of high quality and the service was top notch. I've been to 4 and 5 star resorts and Mike's willingness to meet me and deliver my vehicle was second to none. Fantastic job to Street Motive and Mike. Thank you so much for getting my vehicle back to me when I needed it. Hopefully I never need a mechanic in Grand Island but if I do I know where I'm going. Thanks again so much Mike.”
“We needed a car and were looking for a Buick Enclave. We knew what we wanted going to the lot. We were promptly greeted and within a few minutes were test driving what we were looking for. Low pressure salesman that didn't pressure us. The staff was very helpful and we drove off the lot in a very clean pre-owned vehicle. I would definitely recommend Roe to someone that was looking for a vehicle.”
“My husband took his work car there to have the muffler replaced. He dropped it off on Sunday night & it was fixed the next day. My husband ended up with the flu on Monday & Tuesday so I ran down Tuesday morning to pay & get the keys as I wouldn't be able to get back to get it until after they were closed. When they heard I couldn't come back until that evening they offered to deliver the car to my house for me! They went above & beyond. They know what great customer service is & I would highly recommend!! Thank you so much for helping us out, we truly appreciate it!”

“Absolutely hands down the most honest and trustworthy people and shop I’ve ever been to! I seriously will NEVER go anywhere else. They fix only what needs to be fixed gives you his honest opinion on what needs to be done, doesn’t take advantage of you and prices are so fair. They are so efficient. The older gentleman I think his name is Darren or Aaron Will make you feel like you’re getting advice from a family member on what to do or what the best option is. There needs to be more people and businesses that are like this one. I honestly don’t know how the whole town doesn’t use Advantage Car Care. “Waited for oil change, was right at 1 hr which is what they told me when i came in. Chose to wait in lobby. Had snack machine, free filtered water, coffee.Was informed that my ball joints were getting a bit worn and suggested I look at replacing those when i get new tires next. Wasn't a bill I was needing, but appreciated the estimate and suggestion that it could wait awhile too.Good service.”
“After a turkey caved my windshield in on the interstate, the local glass shop didn't know where they could find one, due to supply chain issues and didn't have time if they had one, they suggested All State Glass. After calling them, they said they could get one in the next morning and put it in right away. So we drove to GI the next day. Great people Fast service.Service: Auto windshield replacement”

“******PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW******I am EXTREMELY Disappointed in the Service Department/Parts Department - or Lack there of........I've attempted twice already to get an appointment to take care what is now Two Recalls........They don't work on Saturday so for those not residing in Grand Island - **Keep this in Mind** My first attempt was through the Kia App that advised me of the Recall. I submitted a request from the App for the Service Department to contact me. Needless to say - I was never contacted. This last time I made an appointment myself, after having to take vacation hours from my employer. My appointment was set for this Friday. Thankfully I called today to be sure they had all the parts needed for Both of the Recalls. Of course they do not have the parts on hand and are days away from having them.......thus again, I'll need to reschedule once again. Again - I'm Extremely Disappointed. If only getting service work done was as easy as purchasing the car to begin with..............ZERO Stars for the Service Department.*****UPDATE*****With the Assistance and Follow-Through from Dan, Steve, and Glenn - I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY TO UPDATE THIS POST WITH ALL 5 STARS.What had escalated into A Big Disappointment with the Service Department - has been COMPLETELY MADE RIGHT!!!Thankfully - I'm Back to Being a VERY SATISFIED KIA of GRAND ISLAND Customer!”
“Easy to find and get to. The lot is large. The guys I talked to were super nice. They did me a huge favor and unloaded me the day before my appointment time. That was awesome of them. They unloaded quickly unless they have their own customers they need to attend to which is understandable. Overall it's a good place to unload. They do have facilities. Over all I'd come back here again for sure.”
