“Just had a bunch of work done on my truck recently. Got my truck home and boom first check engine light ever came on. Called them the next day when they opened. As soon as I got the words “check engine light came on” out of my mouth they asked if I could get in there asap. Ended up not being a big issue what so ever, and they resolved the issue quickly and pain free for me. However they STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK! I expe cted to pay for a new tire, but instead the wonderful staff at Mr. Tire Outlet examined my tire over and over only to find that there was no leak - just a very low tire. A few people I know have had positive experiences.It's a busy place. Each time I've had long wait times. Up to hours. Whether there were appointments or not. Be sure to make an appointment and have a ride pick you up or, bring a book along to read or listen to. It seems there's a tendency to over promise.Free coffee, popcorn and entertainment. “I was on a trip from Denver to Illinois. I stopped to eat and noticed I had a nail in one of my tires. I Googled a Discount Tire near me. There was a store in Grand Island, Nebraska nearby.The salesperson, Michael TS, employee713, was able to repair my tire and get me on the road again within 30 minutes.Very thankful for the help of him and his staff. That's why I've been buying tires from Discount for over 40 years!”

“Waited for oil change, was right at 1 hr which is what they told me when i came in. Chose to wait in lobby. Had snack machine, free filtered water, coffee.Was informed that my ball joints were getting a bit worn and suggested I look at replacing those when i get new tires next. Wasn't a bill I was needing, but appreciated the estimate and suggestion that it could wait awhile too.Good service.”

“I had a stereo system put in my jeep a few months ago. I recently decided to tear up the carpet and put different flooring in, I couldn't believe the job the guy (Jeff?) did installing the system. “Easy to find and get to. The lot is large. The guys I talked to were super nice. They did me a huge favor and unloaded me the day before my appointment time. That was awesome of them. They unloaded quickly unless they have their own customers they need to attend to which is understandable. Overall it's a good place to unload. They do have facilities. Over all I'd come back here again for sure.”

“Ron at Graham Goodyear in Grand Island, NE, was our Hero tonight (Friday, November 10, 2023)!! We can’t begin to thank him enough! We are driving to CA with our two 15 year old dogs and our SUV fully packed to the ceiling when we had a tire blowout on I-80. We were so fortunate that a State Trooper pulled up behind us within 5 minutes and a AAA tow truck within 10 minutes. We called Graham Goodyear at 5:15 and told them the tow truck driver was dropping off our blown tire and rim as we had NO room in our SUV. Ron said they closed at 5:30 and wouldn’t reopen until Monday morning but he’d wait for us. When we arrived he didn’t have our size tire in the store so he called a warehouse employee (who was already at home) to go get the tire from the warehouse. We’re also VERY GRATEFUL to that kind man but didn’t get his name. Then Ron mounted the new tire on our rim and put our spare donut tire back under our vehicle and helped my husband, Mark, repack our SUV. Ron was a true Earth Angel tonight and we are so VERY, VERY GRATEFUL! What an exemplary employee who stayed an extra hour after closing to help get us back on the road! The world needs more men like Ron!”

“I find the other reviews comical. First off, Sam's Club is not a public place. They can ask to see your receipt if they want to. You don't have to shop there if you don't like it. Easy solution.Secondly, Everyone is short staffed right now. I am sorry that it makes everything more difficult at the deli. I have shopped there for years and have only seen the soda machine down once. Also the supply chain is still a factor for stores not always having products on hand. I make my own soft pretzels at home.As far as self check out goes, Sam's in Grand Island still has half the check outs run my employees. You don't have to self check if you don't want to.My biggest issue with Sam's is that the people that shop there can be very rude. They stand in the aisles and won't let you through. They let their kids run rampant screaming. Kind of funny. They must be the same people that wrote the other reviews.Sam's in GI is okay. If you know what things cost, you can get a bargain.”
