“Bought a Stihl HT135 polesaw here this morning. They had a good array of models to choose from. Staff was helpful and friendly. Facility very clean, organized and inviting. One thing I would've liked to see is a Stihl specialist staffed throughout business hours. Their "Stihl Guy" didn't come in until 10am and I was there at 9am. Not enough of a problem to knock the rating down a star, but the buying process would've been a bit easier if I could have bounced some technical questions off of him. All in all though I was very please ld with my experience!”
“I recently took my Stihl weedeater to Ace because the string got caught in the head and stopped turning. I also know they have a repair person. I walked in expecting my weedeater to be taken in by the repair shop, that I’d have to wait two weeks and then I’d pay over $150.
What actually happened was much more pleasing: about a minute after I stepped inside an associate with a bald head asked me if I needed help. I told him I was looking to get the head replaced. He said he’d see what he could do for me. He then took the weedeater and started fixing it there. The string had gotten under the head and melted into the body. He scraped every bit off, while helping other customers with their questions and a smile and then he showed me the head options. We replaced the head and it only costs $25! Ace helped me in a time when money is tight and they’ll definitely be getting more of my money in the future!”
“Keith and Mike installed our stacked washer and dryer and could not have been more professional and skilled. We have an extremely tricky laundry setup in our condo and they were able to trouble shoot and come up with the correct solution. Everything looks great and works like a charm. We could not be more impressed and highly recommend this company.”

“Lowe’s has such an incredible selection of just about anything you need, especially in Spring. The thing that stood out most though, was the service I received a few weeks ago. David was rearranging plants and was kind enough to help me find what I was looking for and helped me through to loading up my trailer. He sure was helpful as I gained several carts full of plants to purchase. After my departure, I headed to the loading area where I waited to be loaded up with my soil. Unfortunately there was a very pretentious woman who demanded to be loaded up first, although she was behind me. Dan handled her with grace and an upfront apology to me, which was not needed. I was in no rush and can understand exactly what he has to deal with on a daily basis. I appreciated the effort Dan took to load me up quickly and efficiently and send me on my way. Give these men a raise!”

“Returned a defective bucket of exterior paint 10/20/24 just bebore closing time.The gentleman at the return counter was awesome. The young lady management on duty, outstanding and the young man working the paint counter with who waited on me before is consistently courteous and knowledgeable. Great team work and a credit to the Home Depot brand. Been coming here for many years and will always boast about the staff at this location. Thank you very much everyone and look foward to doing business with all of you in the future. Keep up the good work because, I will not forget your professionalism and kindness. Have a great day and a prosperous future. Once again. A couple days later, a nice young man attending or giving a staff meeting/class stopped to sked me if I needed any help loading my truck. “This store is very structured and very understandable. I never hade problems with their customer service. Sometimes in the evenings you need to wait for help, but during busy hours perfect! Also one time had a problem with there third party rebate processor, they sent my $1,2k rebates to the wrong address , but few months later there customer service helped to make it work.”
“Located off of Industrial/L Street and 120th, parking was no issue today. Staff provided the help to find the right aisle for paint brushes and portable gas containers. Prices were very reasonable, and even though checkout took a while due to a distracted clerk who didn't see us at checkout 4, everything else was pretty good at this Home Depot.”
“I would like to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have a nice selection of plants. Sometimes, they have some less pretty plants on clearance if you are willing to give the plants some extra attention. Mine have come back great. The biggest reason is the customer service from Harley Cazinha. He is always willing to assist in loading my heavy items. He has a great attitude, and it is obvious he enjoys his job. The cashier didn't know
they offered assistance in loading soil, but Harley came forward and assisted without hesitancy. It allows me to make my purchase and grow my garden. Thank you.”

“Came here to find a bolt my husband wanted and after orileys wouldn't even look the bolt up and told me to leave I was referred here by someone at Napa. And the two gentlemen that helped me were so nice and beyond helpful. And talked to my husband in the phone and got me everything without any hassle. There were so knowledge and were wanting to help. I'd highly recommend coming here first. And they should have a raise.”
