“I needed a special type of connector plus a few other things. I was at their Elkhorn store late in the afternoon. The gentleman there was incredibly helpful and kind. He took care to understand what I needed and went out of his way to make sure that I really had the best solution to the problem. He also worked to make the materials as affordable as possible. I certainly won't shop anywhere else for electrical needs. Thank you!”

“I had never shampooed a carpet in my life...the nice gentleman that works here walked me through the entire process down to dry times and water temps and what chemical to use when. he even told me exactly what to get for my pet mess issue and the whole bill was waaaay under what i wouldve paid elsewhere. “For our workout this is our go to for supplies needed to keep the business moving. The stack is always friendly and helpful and making purchases is super easy. If they don’t have it in stock they’ll get it in stock and turnaround time is really short and efficient. We typically purchase online and go into an in-store pick up. That prevents a lot of phone calls and stress when you need something right away. The facilities always organized and maintained very well. Their hours are accommodating and it suits us very well.”

“Our igloo cooler needed a new valve. Our online search said Ace sold them. We downloaded the Ace app, and it said this store had two in stock. We got some assistance from our "helpful hardware man", and found them on an endcap...on clearance for $5. When I downloaded the app, I got a $5 store credit. This is pretty easy math, right? I walked out the door with my new valve and $0 out of pocket. Life is good!”

“*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”

“Employees at this ace hardware on 144th and center went above and beyond to help me today! Needed some help getting an old, rusted screw out of my car so I could replace my license plate. I went and asked if anyone could help me get the stuck screw out of my car, and one of the employees (didn’t catch his name) came out to help me. Stood out in the cold with me for 20 minutes and managed to get one of the screws out after bringing out tons of tools. When he couldn’t get the second, he pointed me to another place I could go to help get the other screw out. As a young woman whose dad passed away a few years ago, I didn’t have anyone else that could help me fix this issue. This employee’s kindness and generosity meant the world to me. I was brought to tears by his willingness to help someone in need during such a stressful time. I can’t say thank you enough!”

“I stopped by Ferguson Plumbing Supply to try to find a supply line for a 17 year old Kohler faucet. Everyone was helpful. They called around and determined it was discontinued. Drew, in particular, went above and beyond spending time with me and brainstorming ideas in the hope that I would not need to buy a whole new faucet just because a supply line leaked. I really appreciate Drew's knowledge and customer service.”

From all home supplies, to fixing and installing just about everything! For sure a 1 stop shop for all your needs! Great, professional, caring people. I would highly recommend the N. 72nd St. store for all you doors and windows work on your home; from them creating special size doors and windows for you, to the instock products, all the way to speaking to an in store associate in Millworks, for the installation of either! I would never go anywhere else for those services, along with the MANY others they offer through the home depot!”
