“I went in to transfer my number from Straight Talk to Cricket and Morgan helped me, she went above and beyond by dealing with ST customer service, who at one point kept her on hold for 46 minutes while she was attempting to get a transfer code so I could keep my same phone number, I was ready to give up and get a new number but Morgan kept calling them back and was finally able to get the code and kept my number for me. She was very nice even while dealing with their less than professional CS agents at Straight Talk. I would highly recommend the store on Main Street to anyone.”

“I have never had an issue with them they are always so nice so polite and friendly. Always worked with me with any late payments and always empathic to my situation ( it’s been a lot of medical things happen the past two years) always let my boyfriend pay or discuss the account and never pushed to repo they would rather you keep the item then take it back like rent a center! Both gen managers were delightful and love Brice now he is amazing and more then happy to help you get on track then to take back the item great place great people and wonderful understanding! Definitely 10 out of 10 strongly recommend them for any big purchase!!!!!!”

“I don’t always choose to shop at target due to their higher prices . But if I’m being honest , they have a wider variety of products to choose from and with inflation nowadays the couple dollars a difference on some items doesn’t make much of a difference anymore compared to Walmart ?one specific group of products I shop for here is SKIN CARE & ACNE PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE NYX MAKEUP BRAND ! Anyways , Walmart just has all those cheap products that make your skin worse (note; I am not saying target is perfect and doesn’t have products that don’t work either I’m just speaking based on my shopping& skin care journey ) . But the acne products that will actually show results aren’t even found in store at Walmart anymore but no worries ! Target has your back and for a price cheaper than ulta or kohls for literally the same products (products may vary )”

“As a tech savvy person I have never encountered a problem with this Best Buy, the customer service is in line with what I expect as a tech store goes. They are always busy as they are one of the few tech stores in the area, so they are always dealing with something while trying to inventory product. I have noticed that some of the frustrations of the customers come from being tech illiterate in the area, so maybe a focus on customer relations and educating from the employees could be focused on more. That being said that is a hard thing to train and takes time. My only concern with this Best Buy is the lack of PC parts but that's only because it's one of the only stores that are selling them. They value is about what you expect in Best Buy, but they run deals so that's a plus. I like it, it's a good stop. The people have been nice to me :)”
