“Have never used a place like this before, I typically just fix my own stuff, but Nintendo can be a pain and Bricking the device is not uncommon. Sons Switch would hold a charge for about 5 min so took it in. less than 24hrs later, have it back and its holding a charge like a champ. quick easy drop off, pick up, both employees i spoke to were VERY nice. Thanked me for my business which is Rare, and would definitely recommend specially if you live/work/play in the heights.”

“First time I went to teslas it was for a screen repair Caleb was my tech and he not only did a awesome job fixing the badley damaged screen but did so in a cost effective an timely matter I was ecstatic to say the least,the second time I visited on 4/24/23 it was for the same Iphone but this time because wrong passcode 2many times locked me out 4 good could not put into recovery could not connect 2 wifi an could not use the find my iphone app or get another trusted device to sign in properly also dus not have the updated software feature wer wen u do get a lock out on the bottom right of screen it will show a option erase iphone... well im very fortunate that I had Caleb helping me again because with his skill set he had it unlocked an ready 2 go In a hr time which jus amazes me , he then went the extra mile to assist me in syncing back all my data from my cloud which I thought 4 sure was already lost... i won't ever use another establishment and highly recommend teslas cellular repair! Caleb thank you so much ?you are the man !”

“I dropped by to see about fixing my phone. They did have the parts and would have fixed it. Unfortunately the cost to repair it was more than the phone is worth. I am leaving this review as the customer service was excellent. He was patient and wasn't pushy or annoyed that I wasn't going to fix it. He also gave me a tip on making it easier to use until I can replace it. Hopefully I won't be back to fix my new phone but I would definitely come back if I need to:)”

“I went in to transfer my number from Straight Talk to Cricket and Morgan helped me, she went above and beyond by dealing with ST customer service, who at one point kept her on hold for 46 minutes while she was attempting to get a transfer code so I could keep my same phone number, I was ready to give up and get a new number but Morgan kept calling them back and was finally able to get the code and kept my number for me. She was very nice even while dealing with their less than professional CS agents at Straight Talk. I would highly recommend the store on Main Street to anyone.”

“I have had an issue with billing for months with Verizon and trying to call is a waste of time and often a joke. After 3 scheduled visits to a corporate location, in 3 different cities, 2 different states, on the 3rd visit, I finally got my issue resolved. Not getting results from the first two visits had nothing to do with the corporate store associates themselves, they were fantastic. My issue wasn't resolved because someone on the billing side didn't do what they were supposed to do, but we often don't have access to those people unless we go through an associate or Manager at a Corporate location IN PERSON, and is willing to follow up to make things right with the customer.If you have any kind of billing issue with Verizon, I recommend 2 things.1.) Make an appointment online at a Corporate Store; it's simple and it's a "CYA" because there's a record of your appointment and a ticket is created. Plus, you're guaranteed to be helped at a time it's convenient for you!2.) Document, document, document!! Keep records of everything! Names, dates, receipts, screen shots of chats with Verizon, ticket numbers, everything!! Bring them with you when you go to your appointment.I'm very thankful for Tom for going out of his way to fix my issue that was ongoing for months with Verizon. Tom did some investigating after he took my notes that I had in hand, observed my prior notes and tickets created from previous contacts with Verizon (months worth) and he got to the bottom of it!”

“I went to Walmart for some electronics. They had everything that I needed at a good price. The one thing I do not like is you have to wait for someone to get what you need out of a case. The world today is making it that way though so it's understandable. It is the way it is to stop the thieves.”
